awkward question...

Question Posted Saturday September 6 2008, 11:41 pm

this is kind of a weird question to ask.. but here goes. I am a female and am kind of larger on top if you know what i mean. Anyway, i've heard that if you lose weight sometimes your bra size will go down, but recently i've lost about 20 pounds and it hasn't happened, i was wondering if there is a way i could kind of target that area in a workout or something? anyway, if anyone knows of anything let me know, thanks :)

Everyone looses weight in different areas, Yes, Sometimes when you loose a good amount of weight you will drop a bra size or two. If you breast are a little flabby you could try doing some chest excersize to tighten the breast muscle which will sometimes reduce the size of your bra. Try laying on your back and lifting weights a good (8 pounds) in each arm and bring the weights down to your chest and then up again till your arms are out straight try doing that a good 10-15 times a day and you might see a difference.
