Hi, I am slim and am trying to put on some wait. I am trying to exercise So that I can maintain a tight looking body. Ass, Abs, Thighs...etc. I have been looking into some exercises that workout my abs and butt but what other muschels should I be focusing on. Should I work on my chest, calves etc. I know I should work out all my body but I am more focused on toning the "sexy" parts of a women. Remember i am trying to gain weight so I am trying to stay away from serious cardio. Any suggestions?!?!?! Thank You
