my bestfriends weight im helping her but what else do i do

im 13 shes 14. my best friend is overweight she crys about it alot. when i ever see her i make her eat better and say how all its bad for her. she does nothing but sleep and eat and the only exercise she ever gets is when she goes to the mall like once a week with me and if i ever come over and we walk somewhere. shes just deppressed. im deppressed about not haveing family or friends or anyone but her. im a gothic punk and deppressed shes really deppressed about her weight. she used to cut i used to cut. we keep eacother from doing it again. im the only person in her life that will help her she even has a family. im very stubborn i get her to do alot of stuff. now im trying for summer track. shes a pretty good runner im average shes about 6...

Ok, so i met a girl at a concert on saturday and we danced a little bit and hooked up. the thing is i dont know much about her at all. all i know is that she goes to a catholic school near me, and her name. she lives a little far away, but she gave me her number. should i bother to stay in touch?

my guy friend has recently been saying he wants to go up his gf's shirt. his gf is COMPLETLEY flat - like, as flat as her back. so, my question is, how do guys go up girls' shirts when they have absolutely NOTHING? what is there to feel? why would they WANT to when theres nothing there?

Making Friends/People

When I go to school I have trouble with people ... I mean I have my friends, but its just sometimes to get-a-long with other people. I don't know what really what to say. I just act "weird" with hugging and some invisable/mime animal petting and stuff or just being random (lol), but I feel that they just don't know me as a person. I'm not sure which person I am: the person who likes to joke around and be random (sometimes I do) or the person whos quiet and always observeing everything or if I'm a mixture or both. I just don't exactly know how to respond to people any more. When seeing random people in the hall to I look at them, keep my eyes to the ground with no eye contact, or what? or when I see someone I don't know, I'm afriad...

does anyone know how get my ipod to sync again? when i plug it in, it use to automatically come up on my itunes, but now it doesnt, and i cant put music on it. pleeeeeasssseee help. i miss my poddy!!!<3

okay this might be a little bit long.
but there was a guy called ryan who is a major jock and kept iming me and saying how hott i was and kept hitting on me. He staretd to text me too. 2 days ago, i found out that it wasn't really him, and that someone else made a fake screen name of him.
I really want to find out who really was texting and iming me. I have his Cell phone number. I tried going online and doing reverse cell phone, but it would only give me the City.
My friend tried calling him but wont answer.
How can i find out who it really was?

Losing the stomache buldge!

all right,
i have a stomache buldge,
and really thats the only major thing i hate about my body.
i'm in a fitness p.e class,
i lift weights, i run,
i've in a dancing class thign with my school,
where we dance downtown and stuff.
I do sit ups,
I do push ups,
I try to eat healthy,
I need help?
I dont know what to do to get a flat tummy,
honestly what really works.
I want to atleast be thinner by next year.
I want motivation,
not people saying its not possible.
Please give me advice on what to do,
because I really feel like I've been tryig but nothign is helping me lose the buldge.

I went through this huge fiasco with this guy and if was really strange. We were sort of going out when we weren't, and when we actually were going out, we weren't. I realized that I didn't like him anymore when he asked me out. My best friend likes him too (she has since she met him, like, 3 1/2 years ago) and she always has. We had a huge fight about that last year. And now I haven't been with him for about 2 1/2 months and I'm starting to question whether I like him still or not. i liked this guy for a long time and now im kinda over him. my friend likes him now and im all defensive. i cant talk to her cause i have a boyfriend. but idk if i like my boyfriend, but i just started going out w/ him today so i cant break up with him yet.. i went out with him cause we're friends and hes nice and hes like in love with me. i just dont feel the chemistry. this is my first boyfriend. im a wreck. i cant eat, think straight, etc.

I just got a first base mit for fastpitch. i put mit oil on it and rapped a ball inside it to get the shape. but it's not doing anything. i can't get it broke in. any other suggestions??
