Even though you probably don't like your current boyfriend, give him a chance. It'll take more than a day to feel the chemistry if you're still friends & unsure of your feelings for him. If you go out for a while and still don't like him, then break up.

Your question description is confusing.

You liked this guy for a long time but "kinda over him" and your girlfriend is going out with him so you are "defensive" meaning "jealous?"

But you starting dating another guy today, that really likes you but you don't feel any chemistry with him.

So WHO is your first boyfriend? The one you used to really like that your friend is seeing or this new one that you don't have any chemistry for?

So WHAT exactly is your question?

What to do about her dating your ex-boyfriend that you really like?

If so, you have no claim to him, he is an ex-boyfriend. But-- talk to your friend and tell her how you're feeling about it-- that you still like him and are jealous but don't want to be.

Maybe, if she's a really good friend, she'll stop seeing him to spare your feelings. But she'll never know to make that choice if you don't tell her.

okay so your saying your new boy friend is making you cant eat? or is it the guy you like?

well i say dont go out with this new guy. belive me i know. i thougt i like this guy name aaron because he was nice and sweet. i went out with him but when i got to know him more i got annoyed by him. so i broke up with him. my point is dont go out with someone because they like you and you dont like them back. try to think in their shoes. i mean he problemly thinks your a wonderful person and he'll do anything for you, but then if he see you not liking him back it'll crush him. you got to tell your friend that you have some feelings about the guy you like and you are not sure if you like your boyfriend. so dont go out with someone cause of self pitty go out with them when you know you like them back too.
i hope i help, but i got a little confused on which guy that makes you feel like you cant eat.
