what are some healthy recipes involving fruits or veggies or anything else healthy? give me your yummiest one.

i definitley recommend making a fruit smoothie!

this is what i do when i make them:
1 1/2 containers of Yoplait light vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups of V8 Splash juice in mango peach
and LOTS of fruit :]

then mix in a blender until smooth :]

Allrecipes.com is heaven for recipes
Look up vegetable/fruit and pick a category. There are tons of recipes on there & you'll never get trite recipes. Look at the star [ratings], though to make sure you pick a good one =)
