advanced geometry

ok ive always been pretty good at math & algebra but advanced geometry is kicking my butt!! soo id love for someone to help me with this problem.
ok its a triangle that is inscribed in a circle and i have to find the values of x & y.
the measure of one angle in the triangle is 2x. thats all the info for the triangle. i know the answer is 30 since the total is 180 degrees, but i dont know the equation to show how i got that.. because 2x=180 would be 90.. so would it be like (3)2x=180?
and also, around the circle, the measures are 6y, 6y again, and 4x. i have no idea what to do there.. in our sample prob we used either substitution or elimination, but how do you do it when theres only 3 m...

ohkay so i want to get my hair cut REALLY bad.

Ok, well last weekend my band took a trip to san antonio and i hooked up with someone. i'm 14/f and a freshman and he's 17/m and a junior. On the bus ride home (about 5 hours) we sat together and shared a blanket, cuddled, held hands, leaned heads on each other, etc. And he did sit with another girl earlier on thr trip but he never acted like that with her. Smoking

My best guy friend, (I'm 16/f, he's 16/m) smokes almost everything besides cigarettes with his 2 other friends. I know his two other friends, and care for them, but not as much as him. I've known him longer, and look up to him in a way, and when he smokes I don't understand why. I think he should know better, and I just have always thought he was smart enough to not do it. Well recently he asked me why I only care if he smokes and no one else? I explained to him what I said above, and he just didn't seem to get it.
Am I wrong for caring so much about it? (I don't get mad at him when he does it, I just tell him that it's not something I like and why he does it and all the stuff I said above)

i was 123 for my last physical (2006 sep) and now im 115, ive been told i looked thinner. i eat healthy and sometimes have cravings that shake my good eating hah, but i dont eat crappy food. i am in cheerleading and used to run daily. i dont really do the running anymore. i go on the trmapoline and do crunches everyday. i mainly do exercises for my stomach and just started doing butt exercises. i did see results on my tummy. but i really hate my inner thys and thys. my friend is the same height as me and has a perfect body and my thys are so much bulkier than hers. what at home exercises can i do to get rid of inner thy, under my arm muscle, and thys. a website can help too

15/f Okay so I keep getting an infection down there..:( It's like really embarrassing it's been on and off for a year now. I know I shouldn't of let it go that long but I'm extremely shy and it's just hard for me to go to a doctor. I think i have bacterial vaginosis. I have like all the symptoms. Is it too late to go to the doctor?? I don't want him to get mad at me for waiting so long to come in and it's getting worse for some reason. What could it be???
