body and legs.. 14/f 5 ft 3
i was 123 for my last physical (2006 sep) and now im 115, ive been told i looked thinner. i eat healthy and sometimes have cravings that shake my good eating hah, but i dont eat crappy food. i am in cheerleading and used to run daily. i dont really do the running anymore. i go on the trmapoline and do crunches everyday. i mainly do exercises for my stomach and just started doing butt exercises. i did see results on my tummy. but i really hate my inner thys and thys. my friend is the same height as me and has a perfect body and my thys are so much bulkier than hers. what at home exercises can i do to get rid of inner thy, under my arm muscle, and thys. a website can help too

you can't really get RID of your thigh and arm fat. the closest thing would be to exercise them.
Thighs- do about 25 squats up and down and repeat 4 times a day. (100 per day)

Hold weights in your hands (whatever weight you are comfortable with) and slowly drop them behind your head, then lift back up
