how do i convince my mom to let me go to concert

Help me persuade my mom to let me go to this concert tomorrow.
She knows im paying for it myself and I have rides there and back. Would it help to tell her the tickets were already bought from a friend, or will that make it worse?

Im a 17 year old boy and my girlfriend is 14
We have been on and off for like 4 years at first it was like whatever's but as the years passed we've gotten more serious
We were dating for about 10 months and in march 2013 I broke up with her because I kind of got bored with her.. I went out with a girl 2 days later. I never suspected that my ex hated the new girl untill a while. We were together for 6 months and I didn't really know why I was even with her so I dumped her because we never saw each other and she just didn't understand me like my ex.
I started talking to my ex again and we got back together but shortly after I left her for the other girl she hated because I wanted to see it I could work it out..

I'm stuck in the middle

My friend, who will be called friend1, and my other friend, who will be called friend number2, hate each other and refuse to communicate. Friend1 is hanging out with a girl friend2 dislikes. So friend2 won't hang out with friend1 and friend1 is getting so angry and taking every move she makes and taking as an insult. They want me to take sides, but I just want them to make up, and they won't talk to each other, do what can I do?

Need Inspiration

Okay, so, I like writing, and I want to start a new book. When I was ten (four years ago), I wrote a book that my friends and family really liked. It was a 230 pg. fantasy novel (with mythical creatures and all that stuff), and now I want to write a new fantasy novel. I just can't think of any good ideas though. I mean I've had ideas, but none of them actually got anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Feeling isolated

I'm a senior in college and lately I feel like in don't relate to people the way I did in the previous three years. I'm extremely passionate about my career goals and I get more serious with each passing day. Even if I tried to change this I couldn't be because I'm doing what I love above anything else. I have an amazing group of friends who have the same goals as me, but I just don't feel like they are nearly as devoted as I am. I'm starting to feel quite different from all of them. For example, after a long day/evening of school I like to be alone and decompress and even spend a lot of weekend nights alone. Most people I know cannot spend any time alone. Anxious Much?

Okay so my new sex partner has been through more than 20 sexual relationships(PROTECTED SEX). And I've been through only 4(also PROTECTED SEX).
So we decided to become sexual partners for the former two weeks. First week was okay and we had UNPROTECTED sex TWICE!
Second week we also had UNPROTECTED sex twice...
I am SUPER scared,nervous,worried and much anxious about HIV,STD,AIDS and whatever STD crap there is to carry...
So does anyone here know, as an expert in this stuff when's the PERFECTLY RIGHT TIME to get an HIV test?
Should I wait 3-6months? Or how long?
Also, don't you think I'm in great danger?

My best friend who I've known for three years has all of a sudden stopped talking to me, and hanging out with the meanest girls in school, and pretends like she doesn't even know me, and totally pushing me out of a club I MADE and she is talking all the credit and pretending it was all her. She talked to me once this month, that's it.

hi im am 14 and i really like this guy, and i guess we are dating in a way. Neither of us have had our first kiss, and we've talked about it and we both seem to want the other one to make the first move, and he w told one of my friends how badly he wants to kiss me,and i think thats adorable but we bothe seem to have too many nerves to do it. We joke around and flirt and stuff like that, and we hold hands and hug all the time. I really like him and he really likes me.. so why is it so hard? he gives me nerves like that big time, and ive gotten so close to actually kissind him so many times. Any tips on getting over the nerves to just do it?

I need some advice here, so I like this guy named Drake. We're both 16, we have no classes together, I only see him in the hallway a couple times a day and we've never talked. Hi I have been dating a great (m20) guy for a year and a half I don't know how to explain this very well, but Iv always wanted to have a boyfriend and now i realized its hard. I always have a strange feeling of wanting to text him but I feel like he's too busy even though he says it doesn't bother him plus he just plays video games and goes to work but it gets me kind of mad that he doesn't text back I guess its my fault I never text him back fast sometimes because I want to keep my mind busy instead of just waiting for his text. Ok, well I had this friend for years and now in high school but I kinda left him alone for 2 years to hang out with other friends but now he met someone else and now they hang out all the time. Now I have taken enough of this I have feelings for him like deep feelings for him. Every time they hang out I have hate feelings towards her. Does it seem that I'm jealous???

Sorry about the lame title, but I don't know how else to word it. I had considered myself a Christian for most of my life until about two years ago. I don't put any particular label on my beliefs, but I'm leaning toward atheism. My family, who are all conservative Christians, have absolutely no idea. I don't want to ever tell them what I believe, because I wonder if this is just a "college-age phase" or something. It would hurt them so much, and I know without a doubt I would lose love from them. Convincing my dad to get a puppy

I am 14 and I have 3 siblings all older. I really want a puppy. My mom is all for it but my dad makes up a million excuses for me not to get one. He says that money is a problem but I found cheap insurance and I am paying for the puppy and everything that it needs (bed, food, ect.) Then my dad says that it will scratch the furniture, but I know that if I train it correctly it will not. Also he thinks that he is the only one that will take care of it. Because when I was an infant and all my siblings were 7 and under he complains that he had to take care of it. I was an infant how was I supposed to take care of it.
