This will be my fourth month on this pill. The first two months were normal.. but last month my period was 10 days long.. then this month my period came last friday and ended monday ( so about four days) is that normal to occur? have a long period over 7 days then one less? or is that a bad thing?

15/f (almost 16). Okay. so I have gone on a diet.
Nothing from any magazine or whatever..just a vegetable//fruits/less sweets/less food alltogether diet. It's working quite well and I see the pounds fly off.
But...I'm suddenly always starting to question what I eat. And I'm afraid it might be too much. Its getting to the point where I think eating is bad in all, and I don't eat for days. Because I'm afraid I might get fat. Even the fact that I take ballet at 6 o'clock each day doesn't help me get over this paranoia..
What can I do?
I understand people MUST eat lunch and have a good breakfast, but I'm always ALWAYS afraid I'll gain weight :( I've never been worried so much about this, in fact. I ...

my parents are really protective of me and my sister my sisters 18 and im 14 im in year 10 and my mum or dad drops me off at school and picks me up and im not allowed to go out by myself or even to my friends house i have to be with them or only if im at school. ok well there is this boy that i really like hes 18 and im 14. I saw him on hi5 and i have talked to him through msn and he is really sweet the thing is i want to ask him to be my boyfriend i know he will say yes. But i dont want to go behind my parents back and im scared they may find out they are strict and i know my sister will be disappointed as we have a really close relationship. What shall i do??

MILK: 1% or 2%??

I wanted to know if there's a big difference between 1% and 2% milk. I know that adults do not need to have a large dairy intake in their diet, but I still love milk. I've heard that whole or 2% milk is high in saturated fat...but really, is it important for adults to stick to 1% or less?
I usually have 1% milk anyway..so I'm just curious.
If you have any nutrition facts, advice on dairy consumption, etc., please let me know. Thanks!

17/f I have a new boyfriend who is really lovely and nice and sweet and is a really decent guy. The thing is, he's not exactly "parent-approval" material, and I just know for a fact my parents would hate him. I don't normally keep the fact I have boyfriends secret from parents, but this time it feels different. New style

Well my parents hate my style(it's just jeans or gray trousers with band shirts and so on(very dark colours)
They want me to change my style of clothes..and I am almost ok with that...
But I'm looking for a style that is like more feminine but also has an edge to it..like rockish/metalish style.(metal as in metal music :P)
So yeah, pictures would be great, but anything is appriciated.
Like shoes( I wear vans and converse) shirts, jackets, trousers, skirts(I'm not really a skirt fan, but i might change :D), accesories.

okay, so i have this really confusing problem.
now theres this guy i was really starting to like,
and he told me he liked me to.
but the other day at school, when i was talking to him, he completely ignored me, or atleast i thought he did. he wasnt like a complete jerk, but i dont know it was just like akward, like he wasnt paying enough attention to me. and then the other weekend we went to the movies with my friends, and apparently when i left, he told his friend he didnt like me anymore. and yesterday, i left early from school, so i told my friend to ask him if he liked me, and she said he said "i dont know." and she said, "its yes or not" and he said "ugh? why? i guess no" but then agai...

I always hate it when my friends meet my other friends because i'm scared they'll start liking them more than me and then they'll start hanging out with each other, leaving me alne and having even less friends.
Is there any way to fix this? This always happens.
If you don't have advice but this happens to you, please say that and share your feelings and opinions on this

I have known someone for 11 years, i considdered them my best friend, upon meeting meeting someone that i really wanted to get to know and start a relationship with i decided to tell my friend about this, my friend freaked out and threatened to kill themself, they say that they have known me for 11 years and i should spend more time with them they also want to know where i am at all times, who i am talking to, and they try and keep me isolated from my family and other friends, they have "coerced" me into doing sexual things with them and have lied and minipulated my emotions to get what they want, i know that this is abuse and i know that i need to stop it, i just dont know how without my best friend killing themself, I also feel ...

skateboarding help needed

hey im 13/f, i live in australia and i skateboard(about 2 years on and off).Problem 1:I can ollie stationary and when im slowly rolling on flat land OK but i cant ollie onto or off of things.can anyone out there help me with my ollies on and off of stuff.Problem 2:when i kickflip(regular stance)i can get the board around pretty good but i always only land it with my back foot and the board seems to go up to 90 degrees clockwise(away from me forwards)and also i think that my front foot is landing before the board.Any suggestions?If you have any tips on tricks that arent too hard id like to hear about them to.And finally do not tell me that i need to fully commit to the tricks and not be afraid.I dont want to hear that grrrr.any help woulkd help.ta.

i need to do more facials while i cheer. i do them pretty good during the actual performance, but i feel ridiculous doing facials to the wall or just to my coach. i feel like i look stupid. and its not as easy as just "not caring how i look" cuz it feels awkward haha. im captain, so its crucial that i have that down! any helpful tips? thanks!

this question sounds simple enough..but when you i really think about it, its not. How do you know the difference between truly liking someone, and just WANTING to like someone? you know how you can get addicted to having a crush? that feeling you get. so how do you know when you like the guy, for everything he is, versus liking him just because you want to like someone, and hes just there.
