i got my period for the first time on thanksgiving and i used pads the rest of the week. they're pretty annoying, like having to worry about it and stuff. so i tried putting in a tampon just to see how it works and whatever. thing is i couldn't even get it in. i know how, i've read books and whatever lol but it just wouldn't go in. i'm like the last one of my friends to even get my period so i feel like an idiot because i'm basically the only one who doesn't use tampons. i have no idea what i'm doing wrong and i definetalyyy am not asking my mom or wtv for help. akward much?
so what do i do?

I want to wear a tampon so much but it hurts just when I push it up a little bit. I tried a smaller size, vasaline, everything. I just want to know if there's anything else I can do(besides sex) to make it fit?

this is kinda weird but i'll say it anyway. so you know how girls pee? well you know how theres these two lips and this thing in the middle? well the thing in the middle for me is weird. its bigger than the lips and its really weird. and this s really gross but i also f-u-c-k my self. lol. no sex toys. i just slip my hand down my pants, put it between my thighs and myv area, put one leg over the other and squeez. i this probably what caused it? because in my health books be had to look at one (eww) and the 2 outer lips are covering t middle part. you have to like, push them aside to see it and for me its longer that the the outside lips. is this wrong??

So im fifteen. and i recently noticed that guys only use me. For example i know this one guy and he soo nice but hes like send me a naked picutre of yourself send me a naked picture of yourself. I didnt want to at all. i have a really bad past and i finally got away from it. So I'm 15 years old, 5'1", 114 lbs. I have extra on my stomach and thighs and I guess top arms. I'm gonna eat healthier and try to lose it. But, I'm a 34B. My boobs are already small enough.. okay, well sorry if this is sort of long!
but me and my boyfriend been together for a long long time(over 2 years) and the thing is that we always kiss. during school hours,etc.

Leaving and missing school

On Dec 25th I'm leaving on a flight to Germany to visit friends and relatives there. That's all fun and great BUT I'm worried about the school I'm going to miss. I won't be back until January 20th so that equals 12 days of missed school. My teachers all aren't very happy about it and are discouraging me from staying that long or even going at all. The thing is I already bought and booked my flight. So, should I go for the full time or should I shorten my visit by ten days? Note: my mother is really angry about me changing my plans because it costs 200 extra dollars but THEY ARE MY MARKS, not hers.

I'm 16 and a sophmore
i just recentally started tlaing to this boy who's a senoir at my school.
he's made it clear that he liked me and i certainly like him too
we talk all the time and he is perfect-funny, smart,cute, sweet, athletic and popular.
but that's the only downside, his popularity. he has soo many friends i'm not sure if he'll have anytime for me. At lunch and basketball games he comes see me but then has to go and make an appearence with all of his friends.- once we start going outthings may change?

No eating before exercising??

I know that you're supposed to wait for your meal to digest before you begin exercising. But how long should you really wait? I know that it is recommended that you do not eat for at least 2 hours before yoga, for example...but I think that the time should vary by type of exercise.
I'm just curious.. I do two types of exercise the most: yoga/pillates, and cycling (moderate bike riding along the beach for around 2-3 hours every other week or so).
As an estimate, how long should you wait after eating, before starting exercise? It would be helpful if you mentioned the type of exercise (e.g, moderate, strenuous, etc.), and the digestion time for each.
