how do you make pictures look flawless?
i always see pictures liket this:

what do you need to do this? photoshop?
because i googled it and tried downloading it but it wasn't really working out.. like i couldn't find it.

And it's not something you can just download.

Hi, no offence but why do you want to make a picture flawless for????? Is it because your ugly? no offence sori! But most people who edit pictures, just edit them so they can hide their ugly face. But don't edit your pics, because everyone is beautiful in their own way!

well could also download paintshop pro. its like the same thing, just easier to understand. After you get it look for tutorials to do what you want to do to your pictures.
