REALLY dumb track question

So I'm doing spring track for the first time and our coach was really nice and gave us a training sheet. I'm a sprinter and on the sheet it says 3x100M striders. Does that mean I would run three 100m sprints (run 100m, break, run 100m, break, run 100m break) or run 300m? I know it's a REALLY stupid question, but I want to make sure that I'm doing it right.

So I have this job, right? It's at McDonald's. I'm a manager there and they treat me like crap because I complained against another store when I received really bad service and their manager was very rude to me. Ever since, my store has been treating me like I'm a "traitor" and that calling against another store is a "no-no" but I feel I had every right, and when I tell people that, they just get more angry! I really can't take it anymore and I've begun to look for a new job. If I find a new one, it's going to be so hard to quit McDonald's because I'll feel totally guilty, ONLY because I'm a new manager and I JUST finished ALL my training and it took forever, but I just HATE it! Does anybody have any words of wisdom for me? Anything at all?

well..i was on and off with this one boy for 2 and a half years..from 7th grade until the middle of 9th. we still have feelings for eachother and still love eachother. we've tried to get back together but we're both so stubborn so it never works. well now he has this girlfriend and i'm so jealous! he tells me all the time how he doesn't like her and is going to break up with her & is just using her for sex. i don't tell her because i don't like fighting with him. well today she had ALL her friends IM me bitching at me..calling me a whore and fat and ugly. and it was so annoying. and i asked her why she is doing that..well why they all were saying that and she said cause i apparently "did stuff" with her boyfriend..thats not tr...

My boyfriend

I've been dating my boyfriend for over a year and a half now. We're currently living together. We're both still virgins and that's not the problem. My guy... he's just not that affectionate and it's very discouraging to me. When he comes home from work, he won't even come and hug me or kiss me or say hello and it makes me feel sad, like he doesn't WANT to come see me and kiss me. When we go to bed at night, he's just like "good night" and that's it. Nothing more. I really don't think he's losing interest in me, because he's always sort-of been this way. Is there any way that I can encourage affection from him? Any ideas that'll make him want to come give me affection?

hey i really want my hair to grow! i want long hair so bad and i feel like its taking forever to grow. right now its goes 2 inches past the back of my neck, it never seems to grow past that, is there any thing that will make my hair grow faster?

hair is falling out..

i'm seriously getting scared. i used to have insanely thick hair, and i hated it. i always got it thinned, and even after it was thinned it was so thick. throughout this past 1-2 months, my hair's been falling out like crazy. it's seriously more than 1/2 way thinner than it used to be. i just combed my hair, and seriously my sink was covered with hair. i've always had long, thick hair and i'm getting so scared. my diet hasn't really changed, and I don't think that i'm stressed? i kinda was during exam week, but i didn't thik it was that bad? maybe it's the dry weather? not only is it breaking off (from straightening so much) but it's mainly actual full strands.. idk what to do and i'm getting so nervous because it's so thin now.. what could it be??&what can i do?

question about languages and stuff

ok so i'm going to be a sophmore and we're currently making our schedules for next year.
first question: i'm in frnech 1 and am planning on taking french 2 but the teacher isn't good. like she teaches us words but not how to put them into sentences and stuff and i'm not learning anything really. so is it ok to take like 2 years of french and then two years of chinese? like is that good for colleges or should i stick with french?
another thing what types of after school activities and such look good or college?

A bad bad Ferret

I got a male ferret from petco about a year ago, and he's recently been biting me and drawing blood. Ex: yesterday i went to put him back in his cage and he bit my finger and it bled, then today he was chewing on my new shoes and i picked him up and he bit me hardcore. I have a really bad anger problem, and the only thing that stopped me from cutting his head off or throwing him out in the cold is that i care about animals alot, but not him. I think it's because my mom used to let him out like 3 times a day, and i let him out once. I have hit him a couple times, if he ever nips at me, so i think that might of made him meaner, i don't know what to do with him. But if he stays in my house, he deffently wont be taken care of anymore.

16/f. god i am so sick of this --okay, so myself and my closest friends are all eachothers pretty much close friends ("clique" --yet I hate that word) but whenever like 3 of them hang out, and I don't get invited to hang I always feel like I don't have friends. I feel like they don't like me and don't want to ask me. I know that I should ask them to hang out, but I feel like they already have plans and I don't want to be the tagalong when they already had this planned.
but it's so hypocritcal.. when I was out with my two friends, we had to lie to my other friends because they would freak out if they knew where we were .. and us three were like "its so gay how we can't do anything without like all 10 of us being invited...

So I've been talking to this guy and he's really nice, sweet, charming. Basically, perfect. He talks to me like he likes me, he's told me that he feels a 'connection' with us.
The thing is, I feel like he tells every girl he talks to, the same exact thing. Then that makes me think that maybe I'm wasting my time or something?
Should I just let him go and forget about him or what?

Okay, well this is partially another 'does this guy like me' kind of question.
I have a guy friend, and my best friend's locker is right next to his. I want him to notice me as MORE THAN A FRIEND. I've always had this issue with guys, whereas they like me as 'just a friend'. However, my problem is that I prefer having guys as friends for a couple of months or so, and then trying to get them to like me as more. My guy friend is kinda shy. Trouble Breathing... Catscan? or Regular Cold?

I had a Catscan done Wendsday and that was when I did have a cold. Well now I have really bad sore throat and I'm weazing when I breathe. I don't know if it's the radiation they put in my system or if I'm being paranoid.
My parents don't have the money from some walk in check up... It cost like 150 just to walk in the Fast Track. But I can't wait a month or two on my actual doctor if tis is serious.
The doctor said that alergic reactions happen like 1 in 1,000,000 or whatever people. She also said that it's also rare to have trouble breathing or hives.
I donno if I should tell my parents or if I should wait it out.
The only time I can breathe clearly is right after I hack a lung which is starting to really hurt.
Any help would be awesome.

trouble with viruses and trojans and command prompt?

A few days ago I started to have a lot of trouble with my computer. Command prompt is opening by itself, usually two windows at a time, and then an error pops up and closes them. Why is command prompt opening? Is it dangerous?
Another thing, I always use firefox [latest edition] and never ever use IE [for many reasons]. Now though, I'm getting pop ups that open in IE, stuff like 'crush calculator' or that pop up that says to run a system scan. Yeah, I exit out of them.
I ran AVG free edition and it detected some threats labeled 'virus lop', so I moved them to quarantine, but now when I start up windows I get an error "rundll" or something like that, is this something I need to be concerned about?
