Omitting previous employers

I am applying for a job in a bakery and have to list past employers. I worked for a month at another bakery but the particular shop was not a pleasant place to work. I found my coworkers rude and unhelpful, and was working eight hours every Saturday - leaving me with little time for friends or schoolwork. I quit after a month.
Is is okay not to include them in my application? I quit too soon for them to give me a reference, which will look bad.
I am 16 and reside in the UK.

okay so im 16& i have this boyfriend. and ive been "going out" with him for a month. i need to break up with him but i dont know how. i did before i felt bad so i took him back. this time i want it to end for good. hes too clingy and is all "i love you". hes (no offence) weird..like he listens to weird music and thats somthing i dont like. i cant related to him anymore. hes kind of a poser and a REALLY BIG LIER!(he even lied about his age!)and i cant take it anymore. he told me that hes going to kill himself or he tried. and that im the only good thing ih his life!he told me i wood break his heart if i broke up with him cause hes in "love" help!!

Ex-Boyfriend, His Mom, And DRAMA??

Okay, so I'm 17 and a junior at my local high school.
I dated a guy for almost 7 months, and then realized I didn't have the same feelings for him, so I broke up with him Last Thursday. I Told him how I felt... that I didn't want a boyfriend at the time and that I needed to focus on my school (online and community college courses) and that I haven't been myself and that I wasn't happy. I also haven't been hanging out with my friends (which devastated me).

Shisha!

I am so clueless about shisha!
A lot of my friends do it, and they are all buying them.
Their parents don't seem to care and they are cool about it.
Some of their parents even want it?!
Now I'm not a loser, but I honestly have no idea.
-What is a shisha?
-Is it legal (I live in Europe)
-What does it do?
-Is it addictive?
-Is there anything wrong with 15/16 year olds smoking it?
Basically any info about it, but not it's history.

lower back fat

Okay, so I work out usually like everyday and I have a pretty nice body I guess. I have abs and what not. Oh, by the way, I'm a girl, I'm 15. But anyways, I still have this like fat on my lower back that I just can't get off and it's driving me crazy. Any workouts I can do or any suggestions?

major life problem

so this is a classic story of im in love with my best friendd...with a huge twist.
ok so my best friend(we'll call him 1.) is an amazikng guy. i am in love with him and have been for a while now. my problem is that my friend told him i liked him and he said he only thought of me as a friend. that hurt me really bad. so i tried to accept it but i am having some troubles with it. he acts like he likes me too. and he is not like this with anyone but me. here are some examples
he plays with my hair
he says my name more than anyone i know
he finds anyway possible to touch me
he looks me straight in the eye

SPLIT ENDS

My hair is generally healthy, except at the ends...I have terrible split ends. I hardly ever use a blow dryer or straighten my hair (I generally towel dry and put my hair up). Part of the problem might be that my hair is coarse and need more conditioning...I've actually switched to Trader Joe's shampoo, which is mostly natural, so it doesn't have any wax or anything that could mask split ends. I really want to try growing out my hair, but with such damaged ends, that'll be hard, unless I get a trim. But....what are some other things i could do to at least mask split ends, before I go out and get the much needed trim?

potential alcoholic

I'm 17 years old, pretty much a good kid, very slightly rebellious against my parents though. I think I have an extreme potential of becoming an alcoholic.
Although I've never been drunk before (but I have been tipsy once or twice), and I love the taste of alcohol, especially wine. When my family has family over for dinner, I get poured one or two glasses of wine during that evening. This happens about once or twice a month.
On a rare occasion (once every two-three months), when no one is around, I'll sneak a sip of some alcoholic beverage (I'm afraid to drink too much because I don't want anyone to notice that the bottle's emptier than usual. I'm not sure what's my point of doing this, I don't think I want to...

Stupid cut won't heal and keeps producing clear puss

i cut myself and its not deep but it wont heal!! it won scab over just this clear stuff comes out of it. it wasnt bleeding so i left if unbandaged but the puss/clear stuff that came out would stick to me clothes and they became attached. also it hurts really bad if it is just barely touched of when i move or something. i put a bandage on it so the puss would stop adhering to my clothes and the same thing happened to the bandaid. the puss stuff stuck to the bandaid and made them became stuck together. i dont know what to do to let it heal. last night i kept the area open and moved my clothing so it wasnt touching anything and it kinda scabed over a little but the clear puss stuff kept coming out so when i put the bandaid on and then took it ...

WORKPLACE CLIQUES

I am a law enforcement officer and have been for 10 years. I have found it difficult in some ways because the dept i work for uses the "masons" to hide their labor union antics. I'm not against the masons or false mason (clique) nor am i for them. I have done my job and do it well and everyone knows this so they tend to find ways to make me look bad and someone else better. Its gotten to the point to where i have to turn my check to certain things if i want to stay in the profession where others do not have to do this. any advice to how i can stay on top and get people off of me, protect myself from personal and professional attacks. thanks

heart beat feeling in feet and fingers

so everyone can feel their heart beat in their finger tips if they really try. but i feel it ALL the time. and it has now spread to my feet. my feet are always throbbing to my heart beat but not hurting. it's getting in the way of everything and i don't know what to do about it! i have gotten my blood pressure checked and everything was normal. i don't know what is wrong with me or what to do about it! does anyone have any ideas or know what is going on??
and i have a terrible shin splint in my right shin and it's been there for two months and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger as a knot. i run occasionally but not very hardcore. i didn't run for a week and it didn't get better! any suggestions?

okay hey guys so i just wanted someone else’s opinion on this.
last year I went out with my ex boyfriend for about a year and then last September he all of the sudden broke up with me telling me he had no more feelings they changed.
