btw im a female
i shaved down there and there is still little stubs of hair and they wont go away no matter how much i shave
am i doing it wrong?
or is it just because i shaved the wrong way or just because i shaved?

honestly, i've tried shaving like 2350235 times. and it never works out right. just get it waxed. it's so much faster and easier. it hurts a little but if you just think about something else while you're having it done it's over in no time. and you only have to get it waxed once like a month/ 2 weeks instead of shaving every day.

when shaving, i always apply a lot of soap or lotion etc.

Make sure that you're shaving against the way your hair is growing. Also, try new razors-- Venus is wonderful.
I know that's not much, but it could really make a difference.
