hey guys! im a 19 year old girl & i ended up hurting my leg by running 7 months ago and just got referred to do physical therapy. i used to work out and run everyday! since my leg started hurting ive been off for 7 months now, all ive been doing is binging & when i say i binge eat i mean it. its so insane i eat more than anyone i know. ive gained about 30 pounds in 7 months because of it. i used to weigh 128 and now i weigh way more. i literally feel it when i get up and walk or anything. its horrible. none of my clothes fit me anymore!! i hate it and it makes me so depressed. my body gets me depressed as well as the way ive been eating. i know i have to stop but its hard. ive been trying to eat healthier. i went out to eat for lunc...

So last week I was at an extra color guard practice just for fun and my color guard partner was there too She's a senior and I'm a freshman, but we're close friends. So anyway, even though I'm younger than her, I can spin a quad on my flag which is extremely hard to do. My coach saw me doing this with some other fancy work and she asked me if I wanted a solo part of our performance. I obviously said yes and I was super happy. Personal Statement Prompt

I am in a crisis involving a horrible case of writer's block! I cannot decide on a topic for my personal statement I need written, revised, and embellished by this Friday! There are two prompts on the UC applications and no matter which one I choose, open a new word document for and just begin writing sounds like a load of crap. I am too distracted by my past and how it's shaped me as a person and cannot find a good solid yet positive topic to write about. I don't know if I can do this. I have scoured the internet for tips and advice but none has helped. I'm feeling low, and desperate.

I have been friends with almost all of my exes. Some of them are close friends (the ones that were not serious and dated when I was in middle school/high school). I don't see them as often and I don't talk to them as often, whether or not if they are my close friends.
He is friends with this girl who was his first serious relationship... And for some reason, it bothers me.
I want to be okay with it because it's not fair that I'm friends with all of my exes but I have a problem with him being friends with... I don't know how many but her in particular. How can I be okay with it? How can I stop being paranoid?
I remember he told me he was planning on giving her stuff back....

Getting Over Stage Fright..?

Hi. I am a teenage girl, and I'm supposed to sing in a Talent Show next week. I'll admit it myself, I tend to get really nervous before any kind of public speaking, but people have always told me to share my gift with the world. It's not that I don't want to, I'm afraid I'll mess up or do something stupid, and embarrass myself. Are there certain techniques I could do to relieve my anxiety about this? recently i am irritated with peoples stupid questions asking me if i play games on the computer i dont period i have no interest in such things and i do not care if somebody says its fun its not fun to me so is there something you can download to get them deleted from your computer that way when you click on start games wont be up there please give me a list of things to download to get it done thank you .

A few years ago I had a fling with a guy from school but it was just a fling and never came to anything special. Last year he got with an old friend of mine and they have been together ever since. I dont wanna hear about how selfish i am, or how I shouldnt do this bla bla. I dont want to be here anymore. I'm not going anywhere. I have no future. I have been depressed for years. Ive tried everything. The little family that I have hates me, I've been bullied my whole life, I was diagnosed with psychosis a year ago. I'm homeless now. I don't want to be here anymore. I work in a good company and recently, i found out that my ex boyfriend who I had a bad break up with sent his resume to the company as well, actually someone in the company who is also his friend brought the resume..He came for the interview and he practically got it, until i told the human resource manager that i couldn't work with him, so she spoke with the manager about it and they didn't give him the job. now i feel so bad that i caused it bcos he feels i had something to do with it, and also the friend, but i was trying to protect myself and avoiding any clash or past memories while seeing him... i don't know what to do.....

iPod Touch Factory reset?

How do I factory reset my iPod touch using only the home and power buttons? Ive totally forgotten how and now I can't find it on the internet anywhere and it's making me mad. I need to do it that way because 1. My digitizer doesn't work in some places so there are buttons i cant tap, such as the "reset" button in the settings. 2. There are things I don't want to sync with my iTunes on the computer, because, well... Just not things other people need to find on the computer. Someone help please? Thanks!
