hey katieee
im a 16yr old girl andd..
so im not THAT unhappy with my body, but since summer and swim suit season is just around the corner, i want to have a body that im really happy with. but the problem is, i belong to a fitness center and im a varsity cheerleader, but i have no motivation to stop eating and not be so lazy! i love food and i feel like i never stop. its gross but i cant help it- its like an obsession?! how can i get mysefl motivated to stop eating so freakin much and work out? also what are some good workouts that i can do to tone my stomach and inner thighgs?? heyyy..ok so my best friend and i are both on varsity cheer at sour school..and were a lot alike in our personalities, and our talent level like for tumbling and just everything..and she gets REALLY competitive with me. to the point where she doesnt even talk to me at tumbling or at practice. i dont know what to do because i admit im kinda jealous of her and shes clearly jealous of me but its kind of hurting our friendship and it makes me really upset. do you know anything i could do? thanks...

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for about 2 months now and I'm ready to take it another step further. She acts kinda like she would have sex... but I'm not sure. When were making out we get on eachother and she lets me take off her pants and stuff, but we never go any further. How do I ask her if she wants to have sex without making her making her mad? I'm afraid theres a possibility she will say no and get mad.

For the past year, I have been having really bad mood swings. I am a girl, but I don't think that they have anything to do with my mentrual cycle. Once or twice a month, for between 3 and 7 days, I feel horrible. I feel guilty about nothing, really sad, hopeless, helpless, and like it won't go away. I just generally hate myself. Sometimes I feel like cutting. A few times I have thought of death. One time, I thought of death and then three days later I was absolutely back to normal. I have a mood chart now to track my emotions, so I am hoping this will help. I have been on other sites, and they said that I am probably bipolar, but I don't agree. my dad always yells and never listens because he thinks he's always right. scared of dogs

ok this could be embarrassing but i live in an apartment and we live down and the neighbors upstairs dog is annoying me and really scaring me. what am i going to do if i had to come out there again. its so annoying the dog senses everything and even if i tried not to be scared it seems like its barking at me still and i am scared of getting bitten or attacked by it. what if it chases me around. i cant stand dogs they really scared me and i dont think i could stop being scared. the dog senses me strongly. i would be happy if it just leaves me alone. and i also feel kind of spied on and disrepected by the neighbor upstairs. so what do i do? and i am not a dog lover and i dont like going to pets and petting them it just annoys me.

my good friend and I go out at night together. I think that I am prettier than her and more striking... but guys always seem to hit on her... pretty much every time... guys that I am attracted to always flirt with her... I end up feeling confused and a little jealous... what does she have that I don't? she's petite and I"m a normal size... but I think that my style and my face is way more attractive.... what does she have that I don't have to make guys want to pay attention to her?
