how much would it cost to switch from cingular to verizon?

The two are not affiliated, and therefore there are separate costs. One cost is to cancel a plan with cingular, unless your contract is over. You can ask your wireless company about it, but it should also be on their website:

Then, you have to pay to set up a plan for verizon, which can actually be very cheap, depending on what you do. Go to a verizon store, or visit their website for more information. You can ask about the cheapest plans, or any other questions you may have:

Um, need a little more information.
I do think verizon has cheaper plans though, if that's what your asking? You will have to look into it at: www.verizonwireless.com

If you still have a contract with Cingular, there is a fee you will have to pay to break that contract. I know with verizon if you break a contract it costs 200$. However, I'm not sure with Cingular.
This would probably be something you would have to talk to the companies about.
