Your column is pretty much empty, except on what you have to say for yourself. You can put in there what type of questions you like to ask and pick your favorite categories too. Just look at the questions posted on the right on the main page and then answer questions you feel you can answer. After awhile folks will see you give good advice and begin to ask you questions directly. You'll be notified of that by this site and email if you choose to be notified that way.

When you're on the main page at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), click on the "Join" link, and it gives you all of the steps to do so.
Then again, I think you have to be registered to ask a public question, like you just did.
