im a 16yr old girl andd..
so im not THAT unhappy with my body, but since summer and swim suit season is just around the corner, i want to have a body that im really happy with. but the problem is, i belong to a fitness center and im a varsity cheerleader, but i have no motivation to stop eating and not be so lazy! i love food and i feel like i never stop. its gross but i cant help it- its like an obsession?! how can i get mysefl motivated to stop eating so freakin much and work out? also what are some good workouts that i can do to tone my stomach and inner thighgs?? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Lauraaxhelps answered Saturday July 5 2008, 8:17 pm: To get yourself motivated is to replace all your junk food with fat free foods--like fat free chips, fruits, veggies, saladd, etc--and just GO to the gym by yourself. make yourself a playlist on your ipod. Every day, dedicate 20 mins to an hour of working out. [jumping jacks, crunches, jogs, swimming in the early morning doing laps, etc] on your OWN TIME. then go to the gym.
