i've had my period for about 3 years now so i know that about a week before i get my period i have pms but mostly just cravings for food!!!
so lately i've been eating everything from ice cream to little mini eclairs. but like...a lot. i just crave it. CHOCOLATE
but lately i've been exercising a lot having soccer practice 4 times a week and sometimes even running a mile and a half after a slow practice.
i'm not quite sure if the craving is coming from my period or my practicing! can you help me here?
it'd be also soooo awesome if you could give me some great snacks that will settle my craving for chocolate but are also healthy enough that i can eat every day! not...

Romantic

I need ideas for my boyfriend. I want to do something romantic and memorable. Im 19, he's 20.
When he was in high school, he had a hotel room. His prom date and him went there, he surprised her with the room and some food. He forgot "something" in the car and went back. When he came back into the room, she had his tux and tie on which was really "hott." So he found that to be memorable and romantic.
Sadly yes I asked about the story bc i wanted to hear it!
How do I top this?

when i open up the popup window to go to towns or something the buttons at the bottom are like... idk, i can't see them.
so i don't know what to do because my window isn't big enough or something.
if it has something to do with my comp being 800x600 then that sucks because i can't change that.. tiny screen......

New hairstyle!

So I used to have medius golden blonde hair, and last night I dyed it light brown.
It looks fine, but just looking at it bores me to death!
I wanna do somthing crazy to it!
But something that will still look good!
I dont have a lot of options for cutting it (its naturally very curly, however I straighten it sometimes)
And another question..
How long do you have to wait after dying your hair one color to dye it another?
please give me some ideas and if possible pics!

im 16 and i was at a local show (a.k.a concert) and i met a guy who was 19.its a little less then a month later and we talk on aim and texting like everyday. he wants to hang out sometime but i told him cuz of the age diffrence i'd have to ask my mom. but my mom is GOING to say no. and i dont know how to convince her. i'll feel dumb telling him my mom has to go with us or somtin. but my mom is REALLY REALLY protective. everyone says give up and dont bother. but any ideas how to convince her?

my girlfriends step-mom has more control then her dad - what to do?

Alright so my girlfriend of 7 months has gone through a lot. More than anyone I know and I am surprised she is still her. But anyways she just got a cell phone 4 or 5 months ago and it's a pay as you go phone. Her step-mom said she could only use it for emergencies. Of course like any teenager she didn't go by this. But she buys all her own phone cards and everything. Well a few nights ago I was talking to her about our amazing weekend (long story) well my phone has bad reception in my house so I thought it had dropped the call. I waited a minute to call her back and when I did her step-mom answered. Thats when I figured out she hung up because she came in. my parents got a divorce when i was like 2 years old and when i was 4 they where both married again. so ive always been close with everyone even my stepparents. my dad has 4 kids and my mom two
i live in florida with my mom, and my dad live in louisiana with his other 3 kids.
ive always been a daddys little girl, but once i started to mature which was in like 5th grade, (now im in 9th) ive been slowly loosing our reltionship. i havnt been able to see him as much as i used to because of the sports im in, but of course i make an effort to see him.
i think he thinks im growing up too fast, or something like that but,
i dont want him to feel like im loving him any less, nad i dont want to feel that way ab...

my dog is turning 10 this year. i've raised her since she was 6 weeks old. when she was less than a year, we moved her outside in a pen and got another dog who was a little older than her to keep her from bein lonely at such a young age. they've been together ever since. well, my older dog died on sunday. im afraid that my other dog, the one we've raised, is getting depressed. she doesnt seem to be eating or drinking any water. and she lives outside in the Georgia heat so i know she's gotta be hott and gettin hungry. i dont know what to do. i read up on dog depression and it basically says spend more time with them, take them to a dog park/day care, or get another dog companion for them. there are no dog parks around here, we cant get anoth...

i absolutely LOVE shoes.
any kind and just this past year ive been liking them. i definetly look good in them because i have a good style.
but see the thing is im white-ha ha- and i live in a town where all of my friends are a diferent color. and i just dont want them to think im posing as anything or something. its jsut my style.

16. we broke up a month ago and went out for a year and a half. he posted a question on here a few days ago about how to flirt with girls at his work. and of course i was reading thru advicenators and i found it. i am beyond upset. i knew the question was either asked by him or his brother, but it's too good of grammar to be his brother (i don't know this for sure though.)

i have a wonderful friend that i love with all my heart. but her and her old friend became really good friends again. and im okay with her old friend but i think shes a bad person for her to be hanging out wtih. i mean she smokes and does drugs. and has a reputation as a hoe, and she lies ALOT to my friend. dont get me wrong i think shes cool and everything but i just dont want my friend to turn into her or get her reputation. any advice?

im an upcoming freshman going onto the varsity cheerleading team. and i absolutly love it!
i love the girls and everything. but they have a reputation i guess and i dont see it in all of them. but even the ones that do have a "whore" reputation are great people.
it doesnt really btoher me what people say but this did
my really great friend, he said well i really hope ur not known as a hoe in highskool beacuse i dont want that happening to you. and i dont think i will become that but i just HATE how people judge girls by what they hear.

i had a boyfriend for the past year and a half. and i know im young but i dont know why i would jsut go through anything to be with him. for instance

ok i'm 15/f and my boobs are about a 36B. this past year i have gotten stretchmarks on them. like they go completely all around each one. i'm not too sure what caused them because they didn't just start growing, i've had boobs since 5th grade. i just don't understand what caused them now and how to get rid of them. i've tried cocoa butter but it doesn't work. and they are really noticable so i'd like to get rid of them. :/ please help. thanks!
p.s. my one friend had them and said that she switched to sports bras and hers went away. i've also tried this for a couple days, didn't work.

i have an old friend that i had for about 3 years in middle school and we were very close. almost like sisters. wel we had a few fights like most friendships and that was fine and wed stop talking every once in a while. she would get mad at me for talking to ANY other girl and thats what bothered me the most. i dont know if i should let it bother me so much that we r not friends anymore. but i am a little scared on her reputation now. shes been smokng and shes only in 7th grade and shes becoming a WAY different person
now that i have new friends though it doesnt btoher me that much. but it wouold be nice if i could talk to her and just be cool

my boyfriend and i are in love and we are perfect for eachother, we have so much in common and we agree on everthing.. well almost everything
the only thing we don't see eye to eye on is sex.
we both want to have it, we've been waiting a long time for eachother until we were both ready and everything. the only problem is i want him to use a condom and he refuses. he claims he can't keep the erection if he uses one. i want to protect myself from possible std's (he's had 7 partners in the past and obviously does'nt use protection) and from pregnacy because at this point in my life i am in no way ready to have a baby. his swares he doesn't have any diseses and claims he'll pull out ebfore he ejaculates.
