hey i am a 15 year old girl and i got into this football accident in ROTC homecoming is coming up and i am suppose to wear my brace cuz i screwed up my neck big time...but isnt that kind of emabarassing... i mean it wouldnt hurt just one day without out.. or would it... HELP plz

well, this is going 2 sound really weird, but...
well, i decided to trim around the bikini area, and i cut the hair a little shorter, so it wouldnt show(down there). i dont know if it has to do with it, but this morning and 2day, i started itching(down there) im kinda worried... what could it be?

ok here it goes and i really hope yall can help me. ok i wanna lose sum weight in my tummy n my inner thighs but i want my bottom to get bigger not shrink. does anyone know any exercises or diets i can do to get this?! oh and also my face gets oily during the day and i really dont like it. is there anyway i can stop this?! thank you and tell me if you want a rating cause i rate good! thank you!

Im trying to go on a diet where i eat just meat and veggies and NO BREAD! but its not working! becauz all day i was craving a sandwhich so i ate one and of course on bread! i need help to stick on a diet!

my cousin is really overweight she was over earlier this night and she was telling me about how she wants to kill herself because ever one teases her about how fat she is. its really hard for her to find clothes and she feels like she shouldnt be alive i guess. shes only 14 in 9th grade and weighs im guessin 230. she hates bein around people cause they always pick on her, and she hardly goes out of the house and last year she hardly went to school because of it. can you guys help me out by giving me some excercizes she can do or what not to eat? and should she see a doctor? because they think she might have thighroids or something. thanks. also how long would it take her to lose like 35 pounds?

Alright well this evening I did 20 toyota jumps, 20 front to back, 20 side to side, 20 scissors, 10 moutntain climbers, 15 curl ups, 30 crunches, 15 obliques on each side, jogged for a WHOLE 12 minutes and 15 seconds straight, and then I stretched my legs out since I jogged for a while. I got really sweaty doin all this and all that good stuff and I was just wondering how many calories did I burn by doing that short exercise session?!

Alright Well..I want to lose weight in my thighs and abs and stomach area. Does anyone have any GOOD excersizes that will work in a month in a half or so? I wanna loose 20 pounds. Thanks and please dont delte.

hayy okay im like 5'4 and 120ish and im really musculare everywhere except i have a big butt which guys like so thats okay but my fat always goes to my inner thighs..does anybody know any good exercises to make them smaller and loose some weight in ure inner thighs?!! thanks a bunch luv ya i rate 5's!!

im 15 and a sophomore in highschool and i'm over weight. Im not gunna say how much cuz i don't feel confortable saying it but it's quite a bit. I'v lost 30 pounds beofre but most ofit came back and its really hard. The strange thing is im pretty athletic and im even faster then some of the small girls n my school. I'm tired of being fat and of people making fun of me sumtimes. It makes me hate myself and sometimes i juss wanna die. I dont remember a time in my life when i was really actually happy. I know that if i lose alotta weight. I try but i never get to far. I'm eating better then u use to but now i just stay the same weight gaining or loseing 2 or 3 pounds. I never throw up so doing bulimia is outta the question. I dunno what else to do.

I was wondering what exercises i can do to flatten the bottom your stomach. I do krunches and stuff but it juss mostly flatted my upper stomach. Im to young to get any of that surgery stuff and plus i'd like to do it on my own. Do you have any suggestions?

Hey! Okay, well I am 14 female.. about 5'7 235lbs! I know... FATTY! but still... So, i wanted to go to this weightloss school but it was almost 6,000$ and across the U.S. for me so my mom was like NO WAY! but first I wanted to get homeschooled. and then again No! so I was like Private school.. Too much money she said.. I have 4 sisters n she is seperated from my dad!! So yeah, I have to go to a public school (freshman) n alot of ppl make fun of me.. I cant run fat or anything.. n i wanna start losing weight now, pick up my speed, and then just be a whole new me next yr.. i used to play softball, and i was well good at it.. but got too old to play slow pitch!! I mean im not saying i have no friends or anything.. but my thighs, but, stomach, ...
