hayy okay im like 5'4 and 120ish and im really musculare everywhere except i have a big butt which guys like so thats okay but my fat always goes to my inner thighs..does anybody know any good exercises to make them smaller and loose some weight in ure inner thighs?!! thanks a bunch luv ya i rate 5's!!

Ok... My thighs are ALL muscle! im a figure skater.. Im in Excelorated(highest level.. i do spins,axles jumps.) a major thing that will help is leg lifts and running!... try doin lounges too... u put one foot in front and put ur back leg out flat ans straight... try it! i would go biking...it works ur leggs well and over the summer my leggs got smaller so i would definatly do that. i would also go running long distance! it also works ur leggs well and u can burn calories while doing it! Kill to bids with one stone!! u should also do some legg lifts every night or so . this should work really well!

take a stop for word and push down like a scrunch and then move the other leg forward and scrunch down itl make ur butt more in shape and it ur inner thighs get somthing that is kinda hard like rubber then u can push in and out put it on both thighs push ur thighs to gether then push them out do it slowly tho it works hope i helped
