hayy okay im like 5'4 and 120ish and im really musculare everywhere except i have a big butt which guys like so thats okay but my fat always goes to my inner thighs..does anybody know any good exercises to make them smaller and loose some weight in ure inner thighs?!! thanks a bunch luv ya i rate 5's!!

Ok... My thighs are ALL muscle! im a figure skater.. Im in Excelorated(highest level.. i do spins,axles jumps.) a major thing that will help is leg lifts and running!... try doin lounges too... u put one foot in front and put ur back leg out flat ans straight... try it! I HOPE I HELPED:)

I really dont think thats overwieght.. but some tips are... EAT RIGHT!!! EXERCISE DAILY! if its too cold outside for you.. stretch or go in ur basement in run.. if u do plan on runnin outdie.. make sure u stretch b/c winter is comin and its cold.. u dont want to pull a muscle! I hope u reach ur goal( even tho 124 is not overwiegt for you height).. Thats perfectly fine. i hope i helped

A great place to get one is at www.ebay.com They are cheap(the real killer is the shippin and handlin tho around 3 or 4 dollars and the shippin time takes a few weeks dependin on who u buy it from) and come in 2 sizes.... Youth and Adult. I hope i helped.

hmm well this is a tough one... just keep fit... maybe eventually u will lose a few pounds.. Run daily... it helps. Eat healthy.. no fatty and greasey foods such as pizza.....(big one) eatin fish at least once a week is healty..( tunaa is a common one).. if that doesent work.. just stand up for urslef!! it dosent matter how much u weigh or wut u look like... its wuts inside that counts.. So ignore them... STAND UP FOR YOURSELF! i kno u can do it:)

okay i've had glasses for about..10/11 years and im 13 so yeah i've basically had glasses my whole entire life and im sick of it the problem is i have some thing called well idk wut its called lazy eye i believe. Yes, thats it. Anyways when i was about 4 i got surgery because my eye had slid vertically and horizontilly and now its only horizontilly and i called my eye doctor to get an app. today and they gave me an app. for January 10th @ 9:45am and i know i have to get surgery which i'm really glad and then i can get contacts which after i get contacts i'll be soo happy... lots of people think i'm pretty and i guess i am and if i get contacts with make-up and all they say i'll look prettier but most people are going to think im just gettin contacts to look prettier not everyone knows abut my disease and suggestions? or does any have a lazy eye? cuz i've always felt like im the only one

just today i was tlakin to this kid.. and hes like u have a lazy eye... ive NEVER had glasses so ihave no clue wtf hes talkin about lol... so dont worry about it.. be cool... im sure ur gorgeous already.. ... who cares thousands of ppl have glasses and 1/3 of the have a lazy eye... so dont worry about it!
