hmm well this is a tough one... just keep fit... maybe eventually u will lose a few pounds.. Run daily... it helps. Eat healthy.. no fatty and greasey foods such as pizza.....(big one) eatin fish at least once a week is healty..( tunaa is a common one).. if that doesent work.. just stand up for urslef!! it dosent matter how much u weigh or wut u look like... its wuts inside that counts..
