ok im 5'4 and 124 pounds! i know fat butt but o well i wanna lose 11 pounds! any excercises / diets that will help?! please help! i cant stand being th " GIANT " any more! i rate 5s!

EXERCISE DAILY! if its too cold outside for you.. stretch or go in ur basement in run.. if u do plan on runnin outdie.. make sure u stretch b/c winter is comin and its cold.. u dont want to pull a muscle! I'm 5'4 and 114 and people call me underweight! So be happy how you are =o). But if you really want to lose weight, just cut back on the little things, but don't depreive yourself.
