I was wondering what exercises i can do to flatten the bottom your stomach. I do krunches and stuff but it juss mostly flatted my upper stomach. Im to young to get any of that surgery stuff and plus i'd like to do it on my own. Do you have any suggestions?

if you have one of those big exercise balls, you can put yur back on it and do crunches.it really works and it hurts but u have to try hard.<3 abbey

DO PILATES! they tone really well! find one that is like target areas to ur stomach! you will definetly feel a differnce good luck!!!!!! XOXO

get six second abs. it helps with the pouch (what ur having problems wit)it reallhy helps and thats what i have at home

here is a pilates move that works your upper abs, lower abs and your obliques..
step 1: lay on a mat with your legs in the air and bend you knees
step 2: move your upper body up and down and do sort of a crunch and keep doing that
if u dont understand wut im talking about then put something in my inboxx and ill explain it a little better
