I was wondering what exercises i can do to flatten the bottom your stomach. I do krunches and stuff but it juss mostly flatted my upper stomach. Im to young to get any of that surgery stuff and plus i'd like to do it on my own. Do you have any suggestions? (link)

here is a pilates move that works your upper abs, lower abs and your obliques..
step 1: lay on a mat with your legs in the air and bend you knees
step 2: move your upper body up and down and do sort of a crunch and keep doing that

scrunch your hair or straighten it and wear it down use some eyeliner (black)on your bottom eyelashes and some light pink/or mocha eyeshadow to bring out the color of your eyes and use a little mascara and curl your eyelashes.. use some powder so your skin looks nice..

all u can do is ignore them! they are all just jealous because they have competition and they arent used to their attention being taken away from them.. its normal.. just try to ignore them the best you can and thats all u can do

no its not bad at all.. your time will come and you shouldnt do anything until you are ready.. you're friends shouldnt be pressuring you into doing anything that u dont want to do. talk to your friends about it and tell them that you're not ready.. if this doesnt help i dont no wut else to tell you

glad u asked the question.. i had really bad acne a while ago.. i got a prescription from my doctor that works really good its called benzoil peroxide wash 5% and some benzaclin cream.. it might not work in 8 days but i guarentee you that it works great!! if u need more help drop one in my inboxx anytime

well its ok as long as she doesnt have an eating disorder.. my hip bones stick out too and im 5'3 117 pounds and its normal.. once again i say this to everybody but that might mean that her confidence is low if she thinks shes fat so try giving her compliments..

i used to have a ton of pimples too.. i got a prescription from my doctor and it works great, you can also by a lot of stuff from the store, try using astringent.. the holes in yur nose are just pores that have dirt in them.. no worries

talking to him is probably the only thing that could work and i hate to tell it to you but thats it.. tell him that you are worried about something bad happening to him and and you dont want to loose him.. theres not much else that you can do.. i have an 11 year old cousin who smokes and drinks and my dad smokes too and i feel the same way you do about your friend, he knows its wrong but he does it anyway.. u could also tell an adult and maybe they could knock some sense into him, otherwise there isnt anything else u can do.. believe me i've tried..

Well.. I'm not sure how to put this... last year before school ended.. I started liking this kid named Kevin. Well we dated.. and then decided we didnt know enough about each other to be together so we broke up. Then he said when he gets to know me better we will get back together. I've talked to Kevin ever since school ended and yesterday we hung out all day long.. and he really really likes me. and If i didnt have a boyfriend wed be together. I really like Kevin. wow i was in a situation like this recently and all you have to do is tell him the truth, lieing will only make u seem like a worser (i dont no if thats a word lol) person.. u need to break up with him because otherwise you're just leading your boyfriend on and that makes you an even worser (lol) person. but i suggest that after u break up with him that u give it a little time before you start to date this kevin guy

yesterday i had a fever of 101.5..i thought it was just side effects from a chicken pox vaccine that i got a week or two ago..the lady told me that was to be expected. however, i was supposed to get better in a day. well, today, my temperature is 101.7. i have to sing on sunday at another church (a solo)...i have been drinking fluids and resting and taking ibuprofen but nothing is helping. in fact, my throat is hurting more than yesterday.
