crystal200022us answered Thursday September 2 2004, 12:12 am: First off, I recommend going walking at least 30 minutes everyday. For arm exercises, I recommend arm curls. If you have small weights this will help but basically you bring your arms down in front of you and bring the weights up to your chest and back down. I would do as many as you can! For stomach exercises, I recommend doing crunches or situps. One last thing, I recommend doing stretches before you go to bed. This helps you to relax more before you go to bed and that's when you burn fat the most. I hope this helps and good luck!
