ok here it goes and i really hope yall can help me. ok i wanna lose sum weight in my tummy n my inner thighs but i want my bottom to get bigger not shrink. does anyone know any exercises or diets i can do to get this?! oh and also my face gets oily during the day and i really dont like it. is there anyway i can stop this?! thank you and tell me if you want a rating cause i rate good! thank you!

do some crunches and get on all fours, then lift one leg at a time in the air, and hold it for like 10 seconds. this firms the thighs and tones ur butt...it will look like it shrank but it just got toned and firmer.

about losing weight in your thights....just run. if anything, your butt will get bigger from all the muscle you are going to be gaining. for your stomach....do 50-100 crunches a day..thats what i do. if your skin is oily, do NOT touch your face at all. do not pick at it or wipe it at all. try cleaning your face twice a day. there are also oil-removing pads from clearsil that work very well.

i have the same problem. what i do is the easy colarie diet.u count the calories and the servings sizes and write the progress down. for wanting your bottom half to shrink in size go jogging or running everyday, whatever you fell comfotable with. about the oily problem just wash your face a lot and use acne medicine like stridex even if you don't have acne, it works!

i dont know about diets, im a skinny piece of shit.. but about the oilness, there are these powder things that you put on your face to prevent your face from getting oily.. and there are like these blue sheets of paper to wipe the oil from your face. i think theyre by clean and clear.. you can find them at any drug store under the section where it has like lotion and stuff.

Do pilates! They work great for your stomach and inner thighs. Get the Pilates video at Wal mart..their usally around $10 and they are awesome. Rate me:) Thanks..Need any more info? ask!
