ok here it goes and i really hope yall can help me. ok i wanna lose sum weight in my tummy n my inner thighs but i want my bottom to get bigger not shrink. does anyone know any exercises or diets i can do to get this?! oh and also my face gets oily during the day and i really dont like it. is there anyway i can stop this?! thank you and tell me if you want a rating cause i rate good! thank you!

about losing weight in your thights....just run. if anything, your butt will get bigger from all the muscle you are going to be gaining. for your stomach....do 50-100 crunches a day..thats what i do. if your skin is oily, do NOT touch your face at all. do not pick at it or wipe it at all. try cleaning your face twice a day. there are also oil-removing pads from clearsil that work very well.

Hey guys im a 15 f. At nite it takes me like 45 mins to fall asleep. i have no clue why but its SO frustrating. Neways.... i was just wonderin if u guys had any tricks to fallin asleep (besides counting sheep) that could help me. Thanks so much!

to get to sleep, i have something called an "air machine" it makes noises from nature that drowns out everything else. its a peaceful way to get to sleep. there are also cds used to make you relax. my friend uses a cd that has soft music to put you to sleep. these things work very well. you could also try taking a hot bath before bed. that works for me.

well, for one thing.....ignore the comments. fuck them for saying that about you. they are jelious that you are thinner than they are...the fat asses. your not anorexic....believe me. your not even close. i'd say you were thin though...im 5'2 and i weigh 115, but i also do a lot of sports. tell ppl that your not anorexic...or. if you dont think this is too xtreme....find a picture of someone anorexic and show the fat ass losers what it really is to be anorexic. ask them if they think that its funny. ask them again if you are anorexic. make them look at it.....its a serious problem, anorexia. something thats not to be played with. believe me.

you dont want to hurt yourself. you HAVE to keep your options open. camp relationships never work out. i know that u love him and he loves you, but it will NEVER work if you are that far apart. unless one of you moves closer, you'll never b able to see him. tell him that it wont work, and that you really like him but you dont want to hurt youself or him by keeping the distance between you.

what kind of facial cleansing product do you think a person with minimal zits that wont go away, and oily skin should use to clear it up before school starts? please helpp i give 5's no matter what!!!

try using clean and clear products. they have oil removing pads that you use on your face. also, the acne wash works really well. just apply it 2ce-3x a day and it will clear up. i DEFFINATLY reccomend clean and clear products.

I have two horses that are the BEST of friends. You can't take one out of the pen without the other. They are stuck like glue, but one is 42 years old! really he is! and the other is at least 30. When one passes away, do you think we should put the other one down? I mean they are both already really old and I know that one would be in MISERY without the other. Just getting an idea if the event might arise.

i am sorry to offend you, but i can believe that you would even think of putting a horse down just because they miss someone they loved. thats like murder. unless the horse is sick, dont put the horse down. thats horrible and un-nessisary.if the one horse will be misrible, then before one passes away, get them used to being alone. put them in seperate paddocks AWAY from each other. if there is no other paddock, then keep one in the barn and one outside, each for half of the day. dont make it sudden, gradually keep them further and further apart. they have to realize that they cannot be togethor forever. in the process, the horses can hurt themselves from rearing or bucking out of anger of being seperated. make sure that someone is there to comfort them, someone they trust, you for instance. when one horse passes away, make sure that you are there for the other horse. if someone is there with the horse, then it will make the seperation easier. also keep the horse preoccupied with things they like to do. you could also get another animal to keep the horse company. such as a goat; many horses have companions of a different species.

you have absolutly NO reason to run away. no one has any reason to run away. unless you are being abused mentally and physically, i suggest you take a look around. TALK TO THEM! tell them how you feel about them. they are just trying to watch out for you, and making sure that you are safe and arent ending up somewhere bad in life.

it sounds to me that you know when you asre acting annoying, which is a good thing. i used to be the most annoying person, ever...lol. but before or during the time you are acting annoying, catch yourself. make youself act more mature. after acting more mature for a while, people will appriciate a joke or too.

yes, i believe that guys are attracted to girls that are confident. although other guys, that want sex at the age of 14 and messed up shit like that, want a girl that is not confident. that way they have someone to push around, and do what they want them to do. respectful guys are attracted to girls that are confident. sick, twisted guys are attracted to someone that will do anything to please them....anything.

grr.. its soo annoying. My dad always lets people we dont even know like stay in our house and in our room. I guess we get involved with that through our church and stuff.. but ne way my mom does bible study and of course all the lazy people have to make it at our house every week. And they come early too! It stresses my mom out but she insists it doesnt bother her... and now my dads lending my laptop out to somebody for a week... and my regular comp like died on me and doesnt work... i need my laptop and he wont even give up his and my moms... no b/c hes not suffering cause he doesnt even use the computer. He always says hes helping people but than he spares me.... and everytime I try to confront him he gaves me an attitude and says Im not loving or sharing or giving or something like that. And I am all these things.. but common! You can let someone borrow like a T-shirt, a fruit bowl, but you dont lend your LAPTOP.... and also its really annoying cause during finals month I had stupid people I didnt know staying in my house... 8 people... who at 10 o clock at night were screaming at their little kids... while i was trying to rest up. And also they had a 6 month old... and this hasnt been the 1st or last time... at least he hasnt done that recently.. but giving up my laptop. Put it this way nothings mine is this house... I own not one thing... my room... FORGET IT! I dont own it.. b/c I dont have the last say in what happens with it or who uses it. How the hell do i end the torture... I own nothing in my life.. the only thing I have control over is my actions. Im not a control freak but i would like a bit of control... help if you can.. but give it some thought b/c I really need some HONEST SERIOUS MAJOR HELP.

Well today I woke up with a really stuffy nose. I went to go take a shower and I bent down to pick up some shampoo and when I got back up I got dizzy and this gray fuzz took up like half my vision. It started from the bottom of my eye but seemed to stop halfway. It made my eyes water and head spin.

Maybe it was from getting up too fast + a head cold? This never happens when I just get up really fast, but I do get a little dizzy. But I was hoping for your help...because I'm not sure. =o/

the same thing happens to me in the shower. no matter where you are, if you sit/lay/bend down and come up fast, you gett dizzy,lightheaded, and you vision is impared. it may have been worst because of your headcold. its nothing to worry about, its just how your body reacts to your actions.

My friend cheated on an assignment of mine... we are the best of friends and I don't want her mad at me but it hurts that i spent all that time on it and she didn't but she still has a good grade.

let her know how you feel with her cheating off of you. tell her how hard you are working to get good grades. if she gets bitchy with you sit her down and tell her why cheating can get her in a bad place in the future. you wont be there for her to cheat off forever, will you?

I seriously think I might have a problem. I'm goign otu witht his boy and I totally love him. I know I do. The only problem is, once guys start likign me alot and really falling for me I start ebcomign a total bitch. I'll say things on purpose to piss them off or to get them upset. I can't understand why. This isnt the only relation ive been in. Ive been in one for about a year before too and i did the same thing. dont worry, your not evil....im a few years younger than you and had the same problem. the thing is, that you love the guy your with sooooo much that you want to make the other guys jelious. so you taunt them and make them wish that they were with you more. this isnt a big problem, its natural to play hard-2-get. i do it all the time, lol. just think to yourself, 'what am i proving to these guys by taunting them?' and just ignore the fact that they like you. you would actually still be playing hard to get even more if u ignored them;because of the fact that they WANT you to terrorize them. your not being a bitch, its just how every girl acts.
