Alright Well..I want to lose weight in my thighs and abs and stomach area. Does anyone have any GOOD excersizes that will work in a month in a half or so? I wanna loose 20 pounds. Thanks and please dont delte.
sweetbabigurl answered Monday September 13 2004, 7:21 pm: my advice to you is to go on the treadmill as many days a week as you can. say, if you go 3 times a week do longer sessions, snd if you go 5 times a week or more, do regular sessions. Also if you are a walker then go for twice the time than if your were running or jogging since that burns more calories..may seem hard to believe but the treadmill is one of the best ways becaus it removes fat from ALL areas of your body, and is great on the thighs. for me its the best way to burn calories. if u are also focusing on your stomach try doing 100 CRUNCHES not situps, daily to tighten the muscle..see how it works out..you can work on the treadmill to burn the calories and trim the fat, and do the crunches to achieve those amazing looking abs...hope this works! xox [ sweetbabigurl's advice column | Ask sweetbabigurl A Question ]
