I have heard about the 5 small meals a day diet. I'm not sure about what would be good to eat for it. I really only want to do this to stay healthy. I am also trying to be more healthy by stretching, walking for about 30 minutes a day, and doing other exercises. Do you think I should do any of this? I am 13, 5'2 and 115 lbs.

5'2 and 115 pounds is the perfect weight.it doesnt sound like u need to lose any weight at all. im also 5'2 and weigh 123 lbs. theres no need for u to really on a diet, but if your looking to maintain your weight and be healthy just try to eat more healthy things like fruits, vegetables, fish, and lots of protein. hope i helped xoxox!

My dad got a job in San Antonio, Texas. I'm EXTREMELY happy!!!!! But the thing is, in a way, I don't want to move. I live in Central Pennsylvania, so its definitely a big move. I know I can't stop my rents from moving. But, I'm just going to miss my whole life. I grew up here, I'm going to have to start all over. Is this normal?
its definitely normal to feel this way. the first couple weeks might feel a lil weird becus u wont kno aybody but after some time u will meet new people and everything should work out great. still keep in touch with all your old friends and let them know how everything is going...good luck! xoxox
I'm on my period and it hurts like CRAP! I'm dying!!! I rarley get cramps..I usally only get them the first day. And its my first day. So besides taking medicine what can I do to take the pain away? Its killing me! I have church soon so i'm going to go buy tons of chocolate haha. Ohhhh the pain!!! Someone kill me.
well, chocolate and caffiene arent good when your on your period and will only make things worse. try these things instead that work really well for me...chamomile or some other kind of caffeine free herbal hot tea. also playtex and thermacare has warming pads that work great....taking some kind of calcium supplement is said to help relax cramps and also drink alot of water..hope i helped~ xoxox!

well with weed pple says it makes them feel more relaxed but thats not a reason to do it. u've got to make your own choices so do wut u feel is right.

Anyway, there's a few guys in my school who i talk to and we're regular friends. But, they sometimes say things to me and i dont know how to respond. They say likie, "hey can I get with you?" you can be around the cat itself just not the cat litter because of the chemicals and when a cat pees its bad or somthin i think but i do kno u can be around the cat..xoxo

From personal experience, what is the best self tanner out there? Not toooo drastic and def. not streaky or fake orange looking, and I know there's some decent ones out there because some people who have said they've used them look natural. I don't want to use a tanning bed and the mystic tans look HORRIBLE and orange, but i want to be a little bit tanner for the homecoming which is coming up in 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
personally i think the lancome tanners work great..but if u want something that works well and is not to pricey neutrogena instant bronzer is great too...hope i helped xoxo!

Okay, I know that when your pregnant you can not take any medications other than Tylenol. I also know, you can't get any work done on your teeth because you can't receive x-rays or novacaine either. The problem is some of my teeth, in teh back on the left side, hurt really bad. I don't know if it hurts from lack of calcium or becasue I have cavities. When I ever I drink something cold, it hurts even worst. Does anyone know anything I can do to make the pain stop?

yesterday, i was talking to the guy i like on AIM, and i opened up to him imeadiatly.I had his screen name for monthes but felt afraid to IM him.Then out of the blue he IMs me.we talked like we knew each other for years.hes going out with a girl who doesnt even lik him, she just asked him out for fun.He said he wasnt sure about asking me out for 2 years,but when she asked him out he said yes.i think i made the mistake of not asking him out, or should i wait till we become better frineds?
