a Pap smear test is when they get something like a swab, and they swab some of the fluid or secretions from inside your vagina to see if you have ovarian cancer and anything bad like that.

pap smear is when you go to the geino normally when your about 16-18 years old and the check out everything "down there" to make sure everythings ok..its especially important to get a pap smear test when u start becoming sexually active..hope i helped! xoxoxo

I suppose you are talking about a pap smear?
Well a pap smear is when they take a sample of the cells of the wall of the cervix, to check for cervical cancer, among other things.
