Hey! Okay, well I am 14 female.. about 5'7 235lbs! I know... FATTY! but still... So, i wanted to go to this weightloss school but it was almost 6,000$ and across the U.S. for me so my mom was like NO WAY! but first I wanted to get homeschooled. and then again No! so I was like Private school.. Too much money she said.. I have 4 sisters n she is seperated from my dad!! So yeah, I have to go to a public school (freshman) n alot of ppl make fun of me.. I cant run fat or anything.. n i wanna start losing weight now, pick up my speed, and then just be a whole new me next yr.. i used to play softball, and i was well good at it.. but got too old to play slow pitch!! I mean im not saying i have no friends or anything.. but my thighs, but, stomach, arms, n etc... I know.. drink water n blah blah! but nothing works for me.. im probably gonna get Slim in 6 (www.beachbody.com) but I dunno if it will work or not.. im thinking i wanna lose 100lbs or so n sorta fat but like not too fast! i just wanna be left alone n not singled out everytime i go somewhere with a bunch "skinny" ppl, and this sumemr i was gonna change everything but stayed n side n was lazy!! n now 2days b4 school starts i wanna chnage everything!! i know its gonna take time but i wanna try sommin n see if it works.. i need lots of ideas, help, motivation, and support!! I seriously want a whole new me. i mean the "stretch marks" are ugly n never gonna go away so ill always remember being fat, i just want it to stop!! i wanna be the one not scared to speak up, and express what i think, i wanna be the one telling the person not to be making fun of someone, not the one being made fun of!! I want to change me!! have a high self esteem n just have fun!! so yeah u think u can help??? I'd rlly appreciate it!!! Any advice will help me .. i mean have any of u ever been n the same position or anything?? I was thinking baout even killing myself once, and i wanna "throw up" wut i eat but i dunno if thats smart, its like i cant stick to anything.. all i know is i wanna look good ... fast... not for boys... but for me.. n for all the teasing to stop!! What i think you should do is run...Run a little bit like maybe from your house to the end of the street then walk back home...After you do that for a couple of days instead of walking back run back! It will help you loose weight and improve your running ability...Also dont go back for seconds after a meanl and if you get the erge to snack DONT no matter what i know that it will be tugging at you inside to snack but dont! Sunshine answered Friday September 3 2004, 2:13 am: I went on the atkins diet and lost 50 pounds in 3 months. I walked for 30 minutes a day at least 3 times a week. I drink green tea every morning and at least a gallon of water a day. The atkins diet is tough, but it really works. You find out all the info at www.atkins.com
x3samii answered Thursday September 2 2004, 10:20 pm: i think all u have to do is instead of when your hungry between meals have water insteade..dont go back for seconds after a meal..and since my dad was just on a diet, his diet said no bread..and it worked..you should go jogging everyday.slow and steady at first..but as the time goes by..go faster and faster..(oh yeah) my dads diet was called the south beach diet...so if u want the book..cheack at ur library..thats were he got his..hope i helped..rate me please? =] [ x3samii's advice column | Ask x3samii A Question ]
UnluckyWishes answered Thursday September 2 2004, 5:02 pm: I've been in a postion like that but i didnt weigh as much but guys would throw food at me and stuff during school and lunch.It was really mean and i just wanted to change myself, and for a while i had a problem with anorexcia.Try to start walking maybe even just a mile a couple times a week around your neighborhood with a friend or something so the time will pass really fast.dont lik ecut out everything you eat just protion yourself to what you eat.Instead of like 3-4 huge meals have like 4-6 small meals.It helps alot and is better for your body to protion your food.Just doing simple stuff can make a pretty big difference.you just ahve to stick to it though.Then from there start doing a couple miles each day and doing streches, sit-ups, puch-ups, just keep working out.Hope i helped and if you have anymore questions or if you just wanna talk let me know. o0psychicwish0o answered Thursday September 2 2004, 4:40 pm: Try walking/running around your neighbor 30 mins a day or more. Try to do atleast 50 crunches or situps a day too. Throwing up your food is not a good thing to do so just forget about that. This might sound dumb, but if you have an subway around your house try to get on of those a day for like lunch or dinner. Alot of drs say that atkins isnt healthy bcuz carbs give u energy and ur brain needs them to function. My friend went on weight watchers and lost alot of weight. its where everything u eat is a certain amount of points. u can still eat junk food just in moderation. this one os probably really good for teens bcuz u can have a slice of pizza or whatever and not ruin ur diet for the day. just make sure u eat healthy. u dont have to b on a team to excersize. u can excersize at ur house. get a tape or jog in place or do crunches and stuff like that. good luck, hope i helped! Steph2 answered Thursday September 2 2004, 3:35 pm: hey it mite not be your fault at all!! you could have something called a thyroid problem. it controls your weight, and sometimes it doesnt function correctly, and makes you overweight or underweight. so just try what some other people tell you like weight watchers or something, and stay confident!! you wont acheive anything if you dont believe in yourself. and good job for not throwing up!! thats a serious problem, and you dont wanna get involved with it. so talk to your mom, and try weight watchers if you wanna, its totally up to you..but you sound like you wanna do somethin and stick with it, so if you really wanna lose weight, stick to it!! and just do your best, and ignore the teasing. those people are ignorant and dont think. so good luck! hope this helped! xxxxxx answered Thursday September 2 2004, 3:32 pm: you really need to take control. i'm sure you know that already. i'm not calling you a pig, but you obviously have very poor eating habbits and eat way too much because your weight wouldn't be this high if you didn't. what you really need to do is cut all sugars and fats. no fast food. no desserts. eat all healthy things. don't buy a school lunch, bring a healthy sandwich on wheat bread. drink ONLY water. and drink 8 glasses of it a day. and even if youre too fat to run, then you can walk. you need to get your heart rate up for a half hour SOMEHOW, every other day. please trust me. if you do this, you WILL loose weight i promise. but you have to stick with it... KrazyAdviceLady answered Thursday September 2 2004, 3:24 pm: Hey, im 16 and about 210 lbs. Ive been doing weight watchers. Its a VERY good idea. For you sinse you are under 21, you cost 10 dollars a week. Usually you loose about 2 - 2.6 Lbs a week. Sometimes more! But you HAVE to stick to the points. Its such an easy system. xbrunettebabii3x answered Thursday September 2 2004, 3:13 pm: hi do crunches like 50 100 a nite or 300 all day thats what i do because i want to lose weight and it REELY hepled ive been doing it for about a week know and ive lost 5 pounds btu i also watch what i eat to like i onli eat a whole bagel all day but i cheer every night to so try to do more sports and and for your strech marks use mederma it works run at least 1 mile every day and start to increase it every week this week run 1 mile a day next week 2 and etc. hope i helped

hErEtoheLp answered Thursday September 2 2004, 2:32 pm: Right now you're in the right frame of mind. It's going to take some time and you can't lose what you have right now, and that's going to be the hardest thing to keep, is your motivation.
It's good that you want to do this for just yourself, and not anyone else. GET SUPPORT, tell your mom to maybe help you out by not buying all those tempting fating foods that you might like. And as for your friends, tell them to help you out by just being accountable. If it seems like you might be falling back from losing weight, have them be there to make sure you keep up with it.
