and how often i should workout at the gym?
thanks alot.
Additional info, added Saturday September 18 2004, 4:08 pm: something i forgot to mention, i run about 2.4km everyday b4 school, and go to the gym after school if i got time. does anyone work out regularly and take protein drinks or something like it? if so, should i be using that or is the protein just gonna turn to fat?. I can't exactly answer your question because I honestly don't know, but I just want you to know that I have a lot of respect for the Airborne groups. You rock man, don't give up. Recently, our coaches r making us run about a mile on average every other day. It is said to strengthen our leg muscles and endurance.. and level our breathing.. which I'm finding to be true. So, find a place to run best of ur ability, pace urself, and do a little more every day. U'll become a better runner and get into an even better physical shape than u r now. And don't ever forget to stretch before u run. Touch the sky, TRY to touch ur toes but don't strain.. arm up and over and lean to one side, then the other. Sit down in a comfortable area, do a stratle, and pull out to the middle, then out to the side, the out to the other side. This will increase ur flexibility, and give u less of a chance for injury while u run. I hope u pass, ur classes seem exciting :-)
If u have any questions about anything, ask me!
