i have a huge problem!!! im like 5 feet but i weigh like 140 pounds! im not fat or anything, its really mostly muscle but i could loose weight... plz write back!!!

My parents just recently went on the south beach diet. all it is is modified adkins. but the food is still REALLY good. plus, you dont have to buy a book or anything, it free on the internet, they update recipes every day. plus you get to snack. its been a little less than a week and ym dad lossed 6 pounds, my mom lost four and im not sure how much weight i lost but i did lose some. just search on google. hope i could help. ]
It doesn't sound like a HUGE problem. I say, do more situps, crunches, and side-bends. Trim down your waist so that your figure looks better, but don't worry about your boobs or butt. Millions of guys love it when a girl has some substance to her.

Get a treadmill, a set of 10 pound arm and leg weights, and some 20 pound dumb bells. Run four miles every day nonstop in under an hour. Do 10 push ups after you wake up, 30 after each meal and 10 before you sleep. Use the dumb bells whenever you get free time. When you are not working out, wear the body weights. Do that for a couple months and you'll be set. ]
