Does anyone know a really good work-out that I could do every day? I know people are prolly always ask this but I am seriously wantin to work out and loose at least 10-15 punds at least. Thanks alot and I rate*

well the best way to work out is to do sumthin different everyday... if u do the same thing than ur body gets used to it and it has less effect Ride ur bike one day, go running another, Dance, play a sport u like with ur friends, always stretch before exercising... and watch what u eat... Coke is a killer...

do thr marine core daily 7 excercises like cherry pickers, puishups, crunches, sungods,arm rolls, jog in place, and just eat right that should do it

well i feel the same way.. but i go to a gym 2 times a week..if u are serious about this than try out a gym and walk the tredmeel and life weights,at first i thought weights would make me look manly but wut they relle do is make u loos weight first!!lol i was happy anyways if ur not going to a gym u should walk atleast 3 times a week but 5 would be even better,,sumtimes i would wake up early and go running then later on i would swim laps in my pool...those things help u loose alot of weight quick,,the onlii thing is if u will do these things u also have to eat healthy..i thought liek yogurt nd granola cdereal was healthy but instead its relle bad..in the morning i have hard boiled eggs sumtimes nd then lunch i have liek a tuna wrap with a low fat wrap..then for dinner ill have steak with veggies or chickin thjings like that i hope i helped rate me and rite me back if u have any more questions please!!xoxo hope i helped

Ok... I dont really know a good place to get one but maybe you could try lookin at weight watchers. They give out stuff for loosing weight.
