u just have to eat right and stay away from the fast food and junk food make sure u get an excersise in every day that is the most healthy and fastest way to do it.. well good luck and keep me informed on whats goin on

my brother smokes pot and well he is 21 and he has done drugs since about 5th grade and i know he does it but he wont just come out and say it his friend is so stupid he got high of a air can while me and my little sister were ther in the room right next to them and my brother made up that he might have just had a cesure should i tell him that i know he does drugs and i think it is stupid or just keep quiet and not get involved please help i am worried about him

oxy face cream works really well.. i used to use that now I use noxema and that works really well to i pretty much have a non oily clear face well hope i helped

well since ur 16 maybe if ur a girly girl type go as barbies.. that would be kind of cute.. maybe go as cheerleaders or something.... there is also groups like peter pan, tinkerbell, and wendy, or 3 little pumpkins with orange costumes and little orange tites that would be kind of cute.. if u all 3 want to be dressed up as girls here are some ideas

u need to get ur mom alone and explain to her how u feel about joey and how he makes you so happy tell her that there is nothing to worry about cuz he is a total sweetheart... after u explain a little about him... say something like "oh ya is it alright if I go with joey and my friend to the skatepark for a little bit on saturday" if she says no dont give up make sure you have a great explanation and if she says yes make sure you let her kno that you appreciate what she is doin... i mean give you mom some credit hun... well i hope i helped and good luck with your man.. he sounds awsome

I got my first period at the end of July (thankfully right before HS started) and it lasted about 2-3 days and that was it. Haven't gotten it since. Now, I am scared that i am gonna get it some random day at school, and i don't know how heavy it would be or anything. So here are my questions::
1. Is it normal to take this long for the 2nd period?
2. If and when i do get it, will it go down my leg at school or will it just be a little on the first day that it comes?
3. What is the maximum amount of time between one period and another?

Well yes it is normal when u first get ur period it is all messed up.... ususally u kno whne ur gonna get ur period u get really pissy and really bad cramps... it depends it can take a while when u first start my first period lasted a week and then i didnt have it for 4 months dont swaet it hun its all normal

When I was 17, everything was going great in my life. I had a job, a car, a boyfriend, and family that loved me. But my great life soon turned into a nightmare-I got a phone call, my mom and dad were in the hospital. They were driving when a car had hit them, and they died 3 days later. I'm 20 now, and I take care of my 13 year old sister and 9 year old brother. I have so much stress being a 20 year old parent. Sometimes I just break down and want to die. Of course, that's not an option. I need help, how can I keep up with working full time and taking care of my two siblings. I dont have family that could help me, I'm all on my own! Okay, no offense to this kid, or anybody out there, I'm just describing him.
There's this one realy geeky, kind of overweight kid (I'm a few pounds overweight too, so nothing against him) Well he likes me, and he does whatever he can to talk to me. I know he's trying to be nice, and his best friend said he liked me, but I have a boyfriend, and he doesn't seem to understand that. Today, we were waiting in the commentary during school, and he came up to me and started to act like a real loser (he's a loner with only a few friends) but he made all my friends leave, and when I tried to walk away, he'd get in front of me. I'm stuck sitting next to him in 1st period, I have tried talking to the teacher, and I told her I felt like I was being sexually harassed, because he has tried touching me, but she wouldn't really liste, because she knows hit too well, and he just wouldn't do that type of thing, so I can't move seats, I've tried talking to an administrator, and everything, the only thing I haven't done was talk to him. I'm not sure if he's mentally challenged, and I don't know how to say anything without being mean, He never said he liked me, but you can just tell, and his friends have asked me if I'd go out with him
