hey i was just wondering if there are any good waysz to loose wait fast . lol no starvinq lol or any other dangerous thinqs...plz reply thank you.

PS: i mean like a qood diet. or soemthinq qood to loose wait :)

proportion control... u can eat anything u wanna eat... you just shouldnt eat too much of ANYTHING... suppose u want pizza... only have one slice... & have a salad with it... chicken breast dont have too much fat in em... & they taste pretty good... subway is a good way to lose weight too... & they say drinkin 1% milk helps you lose weight

dont eat fast foot or fried foods and dont drink soda drink water or milk or something else without sugar and stuff eat healthy meals and be sure to eat every meal dont skip one unless you are eating small meals every couple of hours like that other person said and excercise at least 40 minutes more if you want to lose weight faster. walk, run whatever you feel like really. but remember its not gonna happen over night so as long as you keep up with what your doing for a while you should see a change hope i helped some :)

Excerise alot and cut back on the junk food. Eat healthier foods. Excerise at least 3 days week. I hope I helped.

My friend had done this and she lost a lot of weight...Don't eat 3 big meals, instead eat several small meals. Eat vegetables and fruits, don't eat red meat! Eat chicken, but only the brest part because that doesn't have any fat. Just eating right without junk food, you'll lose weight. Drink lot's of water or fruit juice, keep away from soda!! Don't eat after 7. It's also good to be active, like walking instead of driving, but it's actually what you eat that makes you lose weight. It's actually more important than working out. Exercise 3-4 times a week, and eat healthy. Don't eat any foods that are fatty or have tons of sugar in them like McDonalds, or fast food, don't eat that. Have a good amount of fruits and vegetables daily.

Hmm..You could drink slimfast for like 2 meals a day. And excersise almostt every day. Like run for 30 min. a day 3 times a week. And do like sit ups every night..Something like that. Hope I helped =)

u just have to eat right and stay away from the fast food and junk food make sure u get an excersise in every day that is the most healthy and fastest way to do it.. well good luck and keep me informed on whats goin on
