Have any of you guys tryed to spray on tan where you stand in the thing and it gives you a tan? If so does it work good and better then a tanning bed?

ok well i got spray tanned once and it came out so good!! jsut make sure ur getting it by someone good other people might go to crap ones and thats y they say it is bad....but now i go to a tanning bed nd im like like as dark as night i look natural and sun blazed and i have alot more color...cancer comes from it if u go to much ive only been 4 times and now i look great..but if i had to choose between the two it woild be tannign bed!! trust me on this one hope i helped byex0x0

i think u should get ur hair done at the salon in curlies or waves ..!! and were a dark eyeliner and a dark mascara..then for eyeshadow u should wear a very light blue with a little bit of shimer or no shimmer doesnt matter and were a very light lip gloss and bronzing blush on ur cheeks

im a 17 female and need tips on how to lose weight. i cant go to the gym so ill need tips on what to eat and how to exercise at home .. thanks soo much !!

ok first of u need to eat healthy:
morning-hard boiled eggs with fruit
lunch-low fat tuna wrap and if u dont liek tuna then have chicken and u can have a lil carbs
dinner-steak or chicken with vegetables
then in the morning u can either swim or run early and afternoons too
it is most effective if u do it atleast 4 tymes a week if u doo even more it will give better resluts ..u have to be commited have fun!

well i feel the same way.. but i go to a gym 2 times a week..if u are serious about this than try out a gym and walk the tredmeel and life weights,at first i thought weights would make me look manly but wut they relle do is make u loos weight first!!lol i was happy anyways if ur not going to a gym u should walk atleast 3 times a week but 5 would be even better,,sumtimes i would wake up early and go running then later on i would swim laps in my pool...those things help u loose alot of weight quick,,the onlii thing is if u will do these things u also have to eat healthy..i thought liek yogurt nd granola cdereal was healthy but instead its relle bad..in the morning i have hard boiled eggs sumtimes nd then lunch i have liek a tuna wrap with a low fat wrap..then for dinner ill have steak with veggies or chickin thjings like that i hope i helped rate me and rite me back if u have any more questions please!!xoxo hope i helped

um hello. bit curious about something. here goes. sometimes (im a 13 yr old guy) when im around certain ppl, i get really calm, my heart beat steddies, and things are warm and relaxing. it doesnt matter if its around girls or guys, its equal for both. does this happen to others? its been a wide span of ppl its happened to. from the mentally ill to complete strangers. im not bisexual or anything, im only attracted to girls i think guys are the filthiest of beings to stench the earth. anyway, does this happen to others? it doesnt really bother me, im just dreadfully curious.

there's this guy who i've met at school and we're getting really close. we like eachother but we didnt start dating... yet.

well his parents and grandparents died and he really doesn't have a permenant home, he just goes wherever and is constantly out on his own. he doesn't really have anyone to support him and buy him clothes and stuff

but im afraid if i date him, my parents will not approve because we've always been brought up from good homes and families. it doesnt bother ME at all but my parents always look down upon "poor" people. also, what should i do/say to him? he doesnt know that i know. i feel bad. should i offer anything? help! thanks

I'm having trouble with my step-mother because she makes it painfully obvious that she doesn't want me around. I've got one brother one step-brother and two step-sisters, and me and my real brother always get put down and have to do all the work in the house.She always complains at me and blames me for everything she also treats me horribly and she makes me feel sooo depressed...

I know this sounds like a whole lot of complaining but I am a sensitive person and I need to sit my dad down and have a talk with him about my step-mother. Her complaining has gotten me to the point of attemped suicide a couple of times. But I can never see him because he is always at work and when he is home I can't build up the courage to sit him down to talk. :(

OK this is something important, u need to get ur ass up and tell ur dad, its ruining ur relationship with him and with urself, tell him everything and have ur brother tell him to , and dont let that stepmom of urz get away with this to many people get remarried and 4 get about there kids, let ur dad no he is all u have and need him in ur life...u have so much life and great htings ahead of u dont ever try to do anytnhing to urself u would regret and maybee if u talk to ur stepmom about ur feelings she might get a hint..hope i helped xoxo tessa
