Have any of you guys tryed to spray on tan where you stand in the thing and it gives you a tan? If so does it work good and better then a tanning bed?

well, spray on tans are pretty good according to some of my friends. me, in particular, i dont need it because i'm very a very mocha colored Filipino. on the plus side, they're way safer than other types of tanning because they dont involve the intensity of the sun to damage your skin. It can give you skin cancer. Well hope i helped & good luck!

Spray on tan works pretty good but I still prefer the tanning bed because it lasts longer. Depending on what kind of spray on tan you get, it's usually pretty good too. The only kind I wouldnt get is the kind where you have to rub it in after it's sprayed on. That leaves streaks and spots everywhere andis just not a pleasant experience. But that's just my opinion. Hopefully I can be of some assisstance to you. ~brit

ok well i got spray tanned once and it came out so good!! jsut make sure ur getting it by someone good other people might go to crap ones and thats y they say it is bad....but now i go to a tanning bed nd im like like as dark as night i look natural and sun blazed and i have alot more color...cancer comes from it if u go to much ive only been 4 times and now i look great..but if i had to choose between the two it woild be tannign bed!! trust me on this one hope i helped byex0x0

yes ive done it. my advice: DON'T! it turns you completely orange. my sister has lighter skin than me so she turned all spoltchy and orange. i did look tan after the first 2 days of orangness but it wore off in like the next day. i only did it because it was free for me. hope i helped --rachael

I never tried it but my friends did and they say it works. Tanning beds cause skin cancer so if I were you I would use the spray. I hope I helped.

i think the spray works just as well as the bed, but the spray is cheaper. so i'd go for the spray. Hope i helped!

I have heard those are so much better than tanning beds (makes sense, seeing as u can get cancer and you turn in to a prune when your older) My friend got it and she was so tanned it looked so good! they are very even, but it can get pricey for the amount of time it is on, I think if you get it for a special occassion it would be worth it but not if you want a tan always. I think if you learn how to put the rub on tan stuff (versus the spray on machine tan) then it would be worth it. I would defiantely suggest not the tanning beds they are sooo bad for you (I use to go hardcore but then i found that out)

The tans chip off.. After like 8 or 10 days.. they chip off and look REALLY bad.. if ur someone who dont like UV tanning.. they are good for temporary use. The worst part of them chipping.. they make u look splotchy as it chips..

I've done it before... It turns out good but I would reccomend doing it maybe 2 times just to get the full look. they show you a quick movie before you go in there so you know what to do, so pay attention so you dont turn out splotchy! personally i like the look of the normal tanning bed better.. but it does take longer to achieve those results and is not the healthiest thing for you! haha hope i helped ya hUn!

They work well, it lasts about five days, and it's totally safe, which tanning beds are NOT. Exfoliate with a washcloth or mesh pouf before you go.

my friend did and they didnt put it on even so they had a few spots where you could tell the spray stuff was, but i dont know about the beds, so spray evenly if you use you (and it looked like a real tan, so whatevers cheaper i guess)
