im a 17 female and need tips on how to lose weight. i cant go to the gym so ill need tips on what to eat and how to exercise at home .. thanks soo much !!

you can do crunches/situps and all that. but for me, i lost a little weight(i wasnt trying to though) by drinking more water. your body needs it, and it makes you feel fuller sooner. hope i helped.

Alot of people have all their little specific methods, carbs, fats, etc. I think you should just learn how to eat healthily and carefully. For instance, cut all your sugar out of your diet. No cakes, candies, ANYTHING--- not even a tiny piece, because if you have that little piece you'll get hooked and you wont be able to stop. When you stop for a long time you just start having no craving for it anymore. Workouts-- try getting on Ebay and just look for some really good Excercise Videos-- those really help! My friend watched did one in the morning and one in the evening and lost wieght realllly reallly fast !! Just remember, avoid fast foods, sugars, stuff that just appears obviously junky, it may sound too simple but its the easiest way to loose wieght, fast. Some snacks i could suggest-- graham crackers, veggies and fat free salad dressing, rice cakes (you can put lots of stuff of rice cakes that tastes good, like different cheeses).... hmm... hope i've helped. I'm trying to shed a few pounds too and i'm way too lazy to drive all the way to the gym every day. I've found that Pilates are great. You can buy kits that explain how to do all the different excersices and stuff. REALLY cut down on the junk food and sodas. Drink juice but not the cocktail kind cause they're full of sugar. Whole grain breads intead of white bread. Water should be your best friend and check how much fat there is in everything you eat...some products may surprise you! Good luck!

ok first of u need to eat healthy:
morning-hard boiled eggs with fruit
lunch-low fat tuna wrap and if u dont liek tuna then have chicken and u can have a lil carbs
dinner-steak or chicken with vegetables
then in the morning u can either swim or run early and afternoons too
it is most effective if u do it atleast 4 tymes a week if u doo even more it will give better resluts ..u have to be commited have fun!

I suggest just to eat salad, and a little meat everyday for protein.

I lost weight by having fun.
For example, if you like to 'dance' just blast music on and dance in your room. Use lot of stomache motions to work it out. Also , at least jog every once in awhile. Its healthy. :]

and when youre watching Television, during commercials give a few sit-ups. Sit-ups are the best.
