Job and Spring Break

I'm a teenager. I am thinking about applying for a job at McAlister's Deli. This will be my first job, so I'd like a little advice. I can work pretty much any day of the week except for Mondays, and I'm a "good kid." However, my family is going on vacation for a week over spring break. How do employers generally handle that? How should I approach the situation? Would this make them not hire me? Should I wait until after spring break to apply? Thank you!

Telling my parents

Ok here it goes...I have a boyfriend but I'm not supposed to have one but I really like him and it feels like love....he says it too...it's been about 3 months since we were girlfriend and boyfriend. He says that i'm the one for him and he says it so serious. I want to be with him for the rest of my life too. There's only one problem right now,,,actually there is several.
We barely see eachother and we don't go to the same school either because he's homeschooled. Anyways he is also 16 and i am just 13 and I need to know a way to tell my parents about this because eventually they're going to find out. I'm only a quarter Italian. I know that for sure. I'm also a bit Irish, Dutch, German, etc.
But Italians have that oily, olive colored skin, right? That's what I've heard.
My skin doesn't look olive, to ME anyways. And I hardly ever breakout. If I do, it's not TOO noticeable, but I do have occassional problems.
But when I start off my day, my skin doesn't feel oily. It usually looks almost chapped in some places. But throughout the day, that changes. I've actually had a few guys say that my skin looks oily-- once today.
But when I use a blotting sheet, it's not like the whole thing is soaked.
I just don't know what to do and I'm pretty annoyed. Pleae help! :[

I started a new school this year and i went in now expecting to date anyone or even feel like i would try to pursue anyone. I don't date very much and although that sucks it takes a lot for me to like someone. I've had my eye on this kid all year he's extremely cute and he likes the same music as i do and seemed nice but i just admired from a far i guess you would say. With the first black president in office and all this stuff going on, my family started talking about this date.
My family has a very strong spiritual background as Christians, but mine isn't as strong. I have accepted the Lord as my savior, been baptised, yadda yadda, but still. I have doubts about religion. What if it all really DID just start out from dust and particles and stuff?
I'm almost sixteen and I'm worried that IF anything significant should happen on that date, I won't be ready. When the signs show, I'm scared that everyone will be raptured up to heaven and I'll be left behind :[

i cant do anything right with my dad. he acts fine around my mom and when im with my sister but when im alone with him, whatever i do he gets mad at me and blows up and screams and yells. when i call my mom at work to ask her for a phone number or to ask where something is he screams at me, then when i try to tell my mom she says no he would never do that...lalala. i dont know what to do anymore. it really upsets me because i just want his approval but im afraid to tell him to stop. hes thrown things before, not at me, but like thrown a lamp and a carton of clementines. i dont want him to do it again. what should i do to get him to approve of me?

missed period, very scared

Hello, I missed my period for last month and I don't know why. I have a steady boyfriend but we haven't had sex, he has fingered me though, only once this month,and that was after I was already late. But when we do those things I always go first and then I do him second, with my pants on and wash my hands.
I'm responsible for my actions and the dangers. I just don't understand, it does not seem possible, it seems more possible that I got pregnant from a toilet seat than my own boyfriend.
I had messed up my month of birth control, so I only took like a weeks worth. Could that have done something to my cycle? I am also stressed with school.
Is there any other reasons I could have missed my period?

i have this guy that im dating, well kinda its complicated. anyways the last time i really liked someone they broke up with me and it really sucked, i was upset to say the least. he broke up with me for the same reason that im asking for help, i was just put off. like i liked him i was just nervous to be around him. and to do stuff with him. i have trouble saying what i feel. it goes even further than that. i just have a hard time getting close with someone.

I am 17/f(18 in june) years old. i have been dating a boy on and off for 3 years.. he is turning 20 in February. and i hate him o so bad these days... we fight about the stupidest things and we never go anywhere. he hates my friends and its not fair.. its just not right, i treat him like he is my son. i get him up and off to school because he is still in high school for the 3rd time in a row! he is a senior(as am i). i cant stand anything he does anymore and i never wanna be around him.. i always think of some excuse on why i don't wanna have sex with him and i just don't want to deal with it.. but i feel that it is my mission in life to get him to graduate finally. and i am going to do that. and he is graduating on Jan 15 and leaving Jan 1...

So i know this kid named justin through my friend rachel. they're really good friends. and we hang out in groups sometimes. A couple monthes back we all hung out and we flirted a little and i started to have a thing for him. We didn't talk though really. Than we hooked up at semi, but still didn't.
