Hi, I'm going on a vaction in 3 weeks and I was woundering if you could loose 15 pounds in that short amount of time. If so can you please tell me what exercises to do.

What foods should you eat before exercising (sports that include running)? Also, what can you do to minimize cramps?!

Hey, Advicenators!
I injured the ligiments, tendons, nerves in my right knee along with the hamstring. I used to be able to jog a mile in 12 minutes (uphill) without my knee hurting. I could run the mile (uphill) in seven minutes without my knee hurting. Now, I have a hard time jogging four hundred yards! I'm taking it 'slow', walking.. blah.. but, I'm now walking about three miles (once again, uphill) every day, and I can jog about 400 yards (you got it, uphill) without pain.. but I want to be as good - or better - as I was before I hurt my knee.
I stretch before I exercise, and I walk a little more than a mile three times a day, and I jog half a mile once a day. I love swimming, but it's still a little cool for that. Ho...

okay, i'm going on a spring break cruise soon but i want to tighten up my abs and get off that little inch or two of fat off my belly. i'm 13. can some one tell me a quick 5-day workout/small diet to get rid of a little belly fat and maybe lose a few pounds? or even a few weeks of excercise routine/diet. please help!!

Ok, I'm a little over weight. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? I try doing sit-ups and push-ups every day but sometimes I don't get to. I've tried eating healthy but it doesn't work!! help

Ok, I am not fat but actually pretty skinny but I have a little bit of extra fat that I'd like to get rid of. I usually eat right and excersize just about everyday. Does anybody know some pilates/yoga/cardio workout just so some of the excess chub will go away? thanks

ok...i think im overweight...but not a lot...i mean i just dont look OH SO HOTT in my bathingsuit! i mean all my friends are tiny! they are soo small and i wish i was like them! i mean im mostly muscle but i have stuff that i dont want 2! im 13 and i need help! PLEASE PLEASE give me health and excercise tips! i mean im a cheerleader at my school and private help please!

Hey does anyone know any good ways to lose about 5 pounds for the summer? My friend wants to go to the beach but i dont look right in a bathingsuit. Any tips would be REALLY helpful Thanx

ok my cuzin wants me to stand up in her 15th birthday they have another name for it but i can't spell it and i'm not gonna waste my time trying to spell it anyways i got 3 months i want to lose some weight! please give me tips on wat to eat and excersing i rate high and do u know how much weight i could possibly lose in 3 months ?

I am not overweight, but I have a problem in that my thighs and ass are quite flabby and I would like to tone up. I feel very self-concious in swim suits so I would like some exercises to tone up or help lose weight ready for the summer.
Suggestions not involving cosmetic surgery would help!

well im really trying to lose weight and my friend told me to run a mile 5 days a week then next week run 2 miles and so on if i did that up to 10 miles how long would it take me to lose about 45 pounds?
