azngemini answered Monday April 4 2005, 6:06 pm: to tone your arms, stomach, legs, and butt, there's a lot of exercises you can do. if you do squates, they can help make your stomach and legs tighter. crunches will helped make your stomach stronger, and leg lifts will make your stomach stronger quicker, and it'll help tone your legs. andd to make your arms stronger, you can try exercising with dumbells or do push ups. also, if you use a medicine ball, it'll help tone your butt and stomach and maybe your legs, and it'll help tone your arms if you use dumbells while exercising on the medicine ball [ azngemini's advice column | Ask azngemini A Question ]

Karen answered Monday April 4 2005, 3:03 pm: You need to do exercises that target your butt, stomach, arms, and legs in order for those parts of your body to become stronger.
For your butt, you can do a few sets of squats and lunges. For your stomach, you can do a few sets of crunches and sit ups. For your arms, you can lift weights and do push ups. And for your legs, you can do squats, lunges, and you can run or jog.
