Well you work out you silly! Just kidding, for the strong butt and lefs I recommend squats and lunges. For stomach, obviously crunches, but also do jumping jacks holding your stomach tight. For arms you can lift free weights, but if ur a girl things like soup cans work toO!.. Pushups work you arms and legs as well. ]
exercise? ]
go to www.toneteen.com it gives A LOT of exercising stuff for your whole body ]
walk / squats / run / jog / and if you have stairs just use two and then just go up and down up and down even 1 step or if you want faster results go up a flight of stairs / walk up a hill / run up a hill / hope i helped / Steph ]
to tone your arms, stomach, legs, and butt, there's a lot of exercises you can do. if you do squates, they can help make your stomach and legs tighter. crunches will helped make your stomach stronger, and leg lifts will make your stomach stronger quicker, and it'll help tone your legs. andd to make your arms stronger, you can try exercising with dumbells or do push ups. also, if you use a medicine ball, it'll help tone your butt and stomach and maybe your legs, and it'll help tone your arms if you use dumbells while exercising on the medicine ball ]
For anything that's about "tightness," you should try and do cardio workouts.
For building muscle mass, the easy/quick-pace crap won't work, the easiest solution is to just get yourself to the gym and lift weights. ]
You need to do exercises that target your butt, stomach, arms, and legs in order for those parts of your body to become stronger.
For your butt, you can do a few sets of squats and lunges. For your stomach, you can do a few sets of crunches and sit ups. For your arms, you can lift weights and do push ups. And for your legs, you can do squats, lunges, and you can run or jog.
