i need ideas ok my cuzin wants me to stand up in her 15th birthday they have another name for it but i can't spell it and i'm not gonna waste my time trying to spell it anyways i got 3 months i want to lose some weight! please give me tips on wat to eat and excersing i rate high and do u know how much weight i could possibly lose in 3 months ?

Little things - no cars, no escalators/elevators, no conveniences. Carry around something a little heavier all the time - the key is to raise your constant energy draw, not just burn some calories an hour a day. Eating healthy is fairly important; if you're really boned up on that I'd suggest getting a vegetarian cookbook and eating something out of it several times a week. ]
well if you eat healthy and excersise by going on walks or walking on a tredmil if you have one. then like start running and stuff like that. i'm not sure how much you could lose though it would be a lot though. ]

3 pounds/week for three months: 36 pounds eliminated

try eating salid and go on a low carb diet watchout for to much sugar.you can buy some of those diet bars and drinks at a grocery store excercise every day run around the block a couple times a day.in three months you could possibly lose about 4 to over 60 pounds.Hope i helped!

go to toneteen.com for idea and tips on eating right. Just run and do lots of cardio excersizes. If you work hard you can lose like 24 pounds in 3 months...is the party also called a quininera....or somehtin like that..is it like spanish?? sorry that was off topic. dont eat starchy foods, like pread, pasta, potatoes. You can try the cabbage soup diet...search for it on google..it works you have o tmake this soup thats better when its cold to eat. Hope i helped! ]

its really not about what you eat its about how much you eat although eating healthy is key...junk foods will never do anyone any good... first you should always eat breakfast and eat it early in the morning the earlier you eat it the better you are..drink an 8 oz glass of milk everyday and exercise daily even if its not for that long 30 min a day will do you fine.. you should not eat after 8 at night because thats when your body starts to slow down and all the fat you consume you wont burn off...make sure you do not try to starve yourself because that will just make matters worse because you body will react in a way that you wont be fond of when you start eating again...drink lots of water that flushes your body out and it is good for you...doing all this you should be able to loose about 15 to 20lbs youll loose most wait at first and then your body will slow down dont get discouraged...hope i helped ]
You can probably lose around 15-25 pounds in 3 months, depending on your body and how it will lose weight. If you want to lose weight, then you just need to eat salads, low carbohyrdate and calorie foods, vegetables, fruits, and other healthy foods that aren't fatty and junk. Drink water and stay away from soda. If you have food cravings, then put an elastic on your wrist and snap it whenever you want to eat something when you shouldn't. Eat about 5 small meals one day and 3 big ones the next so this can make your metabolism faster. As for exercises, you can do anything from cardio exercises (running, jogging, kick boxing, running in place, jump roping, and so on) or regular exercises that tone a certain part of your body.
