Fitness Hi, I'm going on a vaction in 3 weeks and I was woundering if you could loose 15 pounds in that short amount of time. If so can you please tell me what exercises to do.

ok the most peoples problem with weight is carbs and sugar. carbs are like bread and pasta and things like that. so try a fruit veggie and water diet. a little carbs are ok . and most people want to lose weight in the stomach area so crunches work the best. and for legs definately go with a treadm-ill.and if u r really flat a good tip for that is bread crust and diet coke!:)hehe! i dont no if u will have time to lose 15 pounds juggling school and what not but if you stick with ^^that stuff you will lose a few inches im sure! ]
Ok, it's a juggle between a proper diet and exercise. Do you have a regular exercise routine? My suggestion is this...exercise like 4 times a week. Jogging, basketball, swimming, tennis, whatever...just something to get outside and get your heart beating. When you exercise, do it for at least 40-50 minutes. This is a pretty good time for working out. It's not too long, and not too short. The second suggestion is your diet. Don't eat candy or other "treats" like soda or ice cream. Stay within moderation when eating sweets. Also, eliminate all "hard-core" carbohydrates. This means NO potatoes, pasta, cereal, granola, or bread. Now this diet is pretty strict, but only has to be followed "religiously" for two weeks. It really works. Trust me I've tried it. Just stick with exercise, vegetables, meats, and water for the next two weeks. It is harder than you think so Good Luck!! ]
I probly could cuse I've done it befor all you have to do is run for a good amount of time with out stopping and do a few situps every day. ]
hey well i say exersize and eat right and if it dont work o well .at least u tried and you shouldnt have to change every1 is perfect the way they are hope i helped nd sorry if i didnt .

I don't think you could lose that much in three weeks but you'll probably come pretty close to that. Do alot of run, and eat healthy foods and eat less junk foods. ]
Why is it you want to loose weight? To look like everyone ELSE does? Be unique, and DON'T go on a diet. And anyway, sorry to inform you, but it's impossible to loose weight in that short amount of time. If you'd still like to try though, don't eat meat or sweats. ]

There really isnt any SAFE way to do it. ]
If you actually go on a low carb diet, you can lose about 15 pounds in 3 weeks. You could lose 15 pounds without going on a diet of some sort but then again, you might not, since everyone loses weight differently but it's possible. To lose your goal of 15 pounds, you can do cardio exercises such as running, jogging, running in place, jump roping, and other exercises that get your heart pumped up and such.
