ok i had a best friend rachel and we were the bestest of friends then one terrible day she moved and we kept in touch but then she moved to indianna and she never called when she was in indianna and me and her havent called eachother since (we werent mad at eachother) i miss her so much i had a dream i met her again, and i was crying when i found out it was a dream i need help please! i will rate 5's on advices that arent mean! how do you boost your self-esteem? mainly about your body image. i've been having a lot of trouble with my body image =\, and i don't know what to do. whenever i eat i regret eating. when i pinch my stomach i have about 4 inches of fat (and thats standing up!).. i try to keep myself away from food, but then that's all i think about & i eat alot.

well hun!.just exersize and keep you`r self bussy so you dont think bout food all the time liek join a club or a sport. or even when u absolutly need to eat.eat liek a apple or something small.oh k?..well i hope i helped if not i`m sorry good luck!.

I have glasses and I think that is the reason why no boyz like me. My friend, Zoe, is beautiful, gets all the boyz, all the girlz wanna be her friend, and she gets like an I-POD and an electric gutair and stuff. But, anyway, I think I am nice, cool, quiet, all my friends even say so, so I just dont understand why no boyz like me. I think its just becuz I wear glasses and that hurts. What can I do to get a boy to like me?

hey!..well hun i can garantee it aint your glasses i have glasses too and i am 15 and i have had plently of guys ..and it dont matter what kinda cool stuff your friend has.boys should leik you for you just be your self and have fun guys liek girls who are fun and nice and that are cool and that just are there selfs and have confediance . so get some confedence!.dont worry babout your glasses that dont matter just be you and have fun and have confidence i hope i helped and sorry if i didnt ..have fun
