katkrazy answered Wednesday March 30 2005, 12:42 pm: Generally, you should eat less, eat healthy and exercise at least an hour a day. But some good things to do are to ride a bike, run, and work on situps, pullups, and pushups, or even jumprope. And instead of getting someone to drive you to the store to buy candy, walk of ride your bike and instead of candy, get healthy foods. And about diets, all I can say is either join Weight Watchers, start to be a calorie counter, or try the Atkins diet. But whatever you do, DON'T BECOME ANOREXIC OR BULLEMIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I truly hope I helped, and lots of luck!!! :-D

If you have any parks around go for a long run. Healthy eating can help, Just stick to your veg and fruit! You should be happy in your own skin! feel comfortable. Aerobics! helps which can help on your tummy and legs!
Good luck. you need any more help write me a letter.

I don't exactly know how to lose 60 pounds by June and I might have searched the web for you if you hadn't already asked so many. Just watch what you eat and search the internet like I would do and you probably can get better help than asking me or anyone else on this site.
