And the other thing I can say is to watch what you eat!!! now here's something I do when I need to lose weight, but remember not to take it to far. K? I skip breakfast (or have something small) then skip lunch, but eat a big dinner. But make sure you actually eat good. Because if you don't then you will have serious health problems.
