you should run. another good way to lose weight is to go on a high calcium, low calorie diet. try the 3 yogurt a day plan. drink milk at lunch and have orange juice with calcium in the morning. you should also work out...like get into kickboxing or something active like that.

You know that awful word...exercise!!! And the other thing I can say is to watch what you eat!!! now here's something I do when I need to lose weight, but remember not to take it to far. K? I skip breakfast (or have something small) then skip lunch, but eat a big dinner. But make sure you actually eat good. Because if you don't then you will have serious health problems. So please be careful. Well, that's all I can say. Hope it helps!
